We have been having Biryani lounge food from day one initially the food taste and quality was very good. But now the food quality is not that great. Taste has been changed alot. We order hakka noodles did not taste good at all. As well as Chicken tikka Biryani (which was out dish) but now it is just flavoured rice and chicken.

I’m really disappointed with my recent order from Biryani lounge. I had clearly mentioned that I wanted double masala and specifically masala rice, not plain white rice. Even after requesting it again, I still received simple white rice with no masala at all. This is not the first time the instructions have been ignored, and it completely ruined the biryani experience. Very careless service — please pay attention to customer requests.

Wish if google allows to give negative ratings. Food quality has deteriorated drastically. Not worth for money. They have upgraged the ambiance and increased the price but food quality has gone down. We have been regular customer for Biryani Lounge since its day one, however off lately the staff at the counter doesn't care for the feedback and they don't care to work on restoring back to the quality level as before.

We had an amazing experience at Biriyani Lounge! The biriyani was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked rice, rich flavours, and tender meat. The dragon chicken was a real standout — crispy, spicy, and full of taste. The chicken gravy was just awesome and went perfectly with the biriyani. The food was served hot and fresh, and the portion sizes were generous. Definitely one of the best places for biriyani lovers! Highly recommend!

Very disappointed not serving real puloa but instead do a bengali takeaway style frying the rice with meat and curry sauce. You can see from the photos the rice has NOT been cooked with the meat and sauce. The lamb meat was low quality and had a smell. The toilets were filthy and the floor sticky which is standard for south indian restaurants, the reason I don't know.

Biriyani was so salty and no good in taste also chicken pieces somewhere burnt and a burnt smell as well, the chef must taste before once after making it and then give to customers. I never suggest here

Tried almost every type of Biryani, pulao all they had because everything is just awesome. Have tried many many restaurants to get that authentic taste of Hyderabadi biryani and finally found one here in Reading. Love the taste and good hygiene.. Always delighted to have conversations with 'Sai' who is always welcoming towards listening to us.. Cheers to your Boys Sai for this idea of Rajamundry chef in UK.. ☺️ Raju gari pulao and Apricot delight dessert shouldn't be missed!! ☺️

I have been a regular customer of Biryani Lounge now. This was my 5th order with them. I have found their taste authentic and consistent. I have lived in Hyderabad for 5l4 years and their Biryani is far superior than centres like Paradise Biryani in Hyd. Today I also ordered tandoori chicken. It was well marinated, juicy and cooked. I also loved the way Sai( one of the partners) treated me. I had my toddler son in car and could not find a parking near by. So I called them and requested that could someone please come and hand over the take away. Though busy Sai came out and delivered it. Thanks team. Do keep up the amazing taste at such reasonable rates.

Nice Authentic Hyderabadi Biryani. The price seems little bit high but it looks good. We tried chicken Biryani which is spicy and tasty. We also ordered Biryani and Veg Biryani for Family gathering of 50 people. It’s a nice delivery and arrangements. The taste is more than any other restaurant.

far away from the taste of “Hyderabadi Dum Biryani”, better to call it a Chicken Pilaff. No Fired Onions & Mint. Good Portion and OK-OK taste considering the price £2.99. More like boiled Rice mixed up with Chicken cooked in Biryani masala and heated up in a Microwave. Saalan and Raita portions were very little and not sufficient for the Rice served.
