   The Waterfall has the worst delivery service I've ever seen. In the past they've mistakenly omitted items from our order. Tonight they took their service to the next level of awfulness. We ordered dinner for four people using their website, and typed in our address. An hour later, we were phoned by a random guy living 1.8 miles away, saying our order had been mistakenly left at his door. I then had to drive over and retrieve it. When we phoned the Waterfall to complain, they didn't refund any of the cost. Not even the delivery charge. Unbelievably bad. Avoid this restaurant.

   Too much oil in food. This is not the food quality of an Indian restaurant. Many restaurants think that adding too much oil It will taste better, That's not true. Please concentrate on the formula to give the authenticity of the food.

   First time here on recommendation from friends. Best Indian meal i have ever had, prices are very good, and service was outstanding. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and already planning when we will be back. Ignore negative reviews as we saw nothing that deserves a low rating.

   First time had a dinner there with friends. Place was empty with us only there. I am vegetarian and can only say about vegetarian food. Panner and mushroom starters were good. In main course , again a paneer and dal tarka was ordered which was ok. Overall experience was good.

   Absolutely disgusting service ordered first via Uber eats and received someone else’s order they were helpful at first and said they would send my original order again which when arrived they sent one of the correct curries and the other one was wrong and then to top it off my glaring naan had grated garlic on the top and that was vile! And the man who was apparently the manager was very rude and unprofessional and said there was nothing he could do and that it was my fault. Many times I have ordered from here as my first go to I will not be ordering from here again after tonight. So unprofessional and take your money without a care in the world!! Avoid!!
