Food delivered quickly ordered before restaurant opened. . Sadly chicken shaslick was bland lacking spice. Potatoes in Sag aloo were hard and uncooked. Normally very tasty meal but requested for 5pm and delivered at same time should have cooked longer possibly.
Last minute booking on our son’s birthday. Food was excellent, totally delicious, good portions size and arrived fresh and in good time. Staff were attentive and were very knowledgeable about their dishes. The ice-cream cake with the sparkler for my son was a lovely, unexpected and unrequested touch. Was so sad when my meal was finished. Will definitely be coming again soon. Best curry house in the area
Wow! Wow! Wow! This place is amazing! Right from when your set foot in the door the staff are warm and welcoming. Lovely atmosphere with nice Indian music in the background to say the tone. Immaculate white linen table settings all spotless. It is bigger than it looks with a Sisha Lounge behind the main restaurant. It's the best tasting Indian food I've had, genuinely. Great poppadoms(some with a spicy twist) and chutneys to start, delicious mains and great wine. Zak our waiter and all the staff were attentive when you needed them, but gave you space to enjoy your evening when you didn't which for me is the epitomy of great waiting staff. We will be returning. If you are looking for a great Indian restaurant in the Twyford area, go to Haweli, you won't be disappointed.
Awesome food and great people/staff soon as I walked through the door, they attended me with such a warm welcome. A member of the staff came up to me & kept me entertained throughout while my food was getting ready. You guys made my experience at your restaurant to new heights. You guys are the best!
Enjoyed a dinner on a Saturday at Haweli. The food and service was excellent. I would recommend the chicken korma with some rice and a garlic naan. Simply delicious.
Lovely experience and meal from start to finish. Clean and comfortable, staff so polite and helpful, service very good, food was delicious. Will definitely go back when in the area.
We dropped in for lunch on a Tuesday. Unsurprisingly not busy but we were lucky enough to have the full attention of Ali who gave us such amazing recommendations. Delightful service, elegant dining room and divine curries. Even the poppadams were served with delicious dips ! Would highly recommend booking.
If I could do more than 5 Stars I would. Every time I dine here , perfection. Everything about this restaurant which should be a 3 star Michelin . It is the best dining experience ever. The food is out of this world. Mysore Chilli prawns were beautiful and packed a punch in flavour and taste. If I could eat here every day I would. The atmosphere is spot on all the time . The staff is amazing , friendly and perfect. They cook everything to world class standard. I love everything about this world class restaurant. Thank you to CHAS and ALL OF THE STAFF for a world class birthday and night. We will always remember this night. We will be back.
This is the second time I had to report under cooked chicken. The first time I gave the restaurant a second chance . When I called to report the issue staff member named Ryan was extremely nonchalant and rude and refused to share the managers details. Serving under cooked food is extremely dangerous and I do not feel the restaurant took my compliant seriously.
