A hidden gem on Thurday nights primarily due to Queen Elizabeth III who delivered a quiz with banter but was supremely composed and fun throughout. We will return if Lizzie is there again, hopefully she'll have shot with us next time. NB: Bar staff very keen and friendly too.
Followed the owners from their recent move and the food is still fantastic. Authentic Thai food at its finest. Atmosphere is very friendly and plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. Always a friendly welcome and reasonable prices. Will be back soon.
What a transformation! This pub ticks all of the boxes for me. Great atmosphere, beautiful food and warm, welcoming people.
Absolutely delicious!!! We are not local and found this just out of luck and it was just great. Nice warm atmosphere, helpful friendly staff and huge portions for a good value.
Driving past, looked nice from outside, popped in for lunch, nice back ground music playing, appeared a homely pub, pub grub food at reasonable prices, Food took 50 mins to arrive, like they had gone out to slaughter a cow, or pluck a chicken!( even tho pub wasn't busy) when food finally arrived was home cooked and nice, but should of been informed of the delay from the start, otherwise would of ete else where, locals at bar got an apologee, we didn't!
Prebooked lunch part of 14 people. Arrived to a freezing cold pub, why didn't you put heating on? We sat in coats. A paltry effort at lighting a wood burner as we were leaving. Many items missing form the menu. Very slow service. Had I not been part of a large group, I would have walked out.
After waiting for quite some time and not being acknowledged by the one person behind the bar. i finally got my drink and then asked for a menu only to be told "Kitchens shut" The bar tender then just walked off - swiftly drank my drink and left, wont be returning
Great location, really pleasant and clean pub. Food and Drinks superrb. Taste also good. Note-limited Veg - non Veg options
