Authentic Thai food. Red curry is so rich with all the aroma and the level of spiciness is just right. We had Tom yam soup and pad thai as well. As a thai food lover I’ll definitely come again.
Atrocious. Without question, the worst food and service I have ever experienced. To accept some culpability, I admit we live 5mins away and probably should have collected. This does not excuse the following. Order placed at approx 7pm, a delivery time of 7.20pm proposed. All good. Chased the restaurant at 7.44pm, as it could have just been a delayed dispatch. The combative lady at the restaurant asked me for my number to pass onto their driver, despite me calling their mobile number from my own (unblocked) number. The driver did not call me. I called the restaurant one more time, and did not get an answer. The lady at the restaurant called back, and told me I needed to call the driver. I said this was probably their responsibility, not mine, but I don't think this was taken very well. The food arrived at approx 8pm, cold, and I don't think it would have been particularly good hot. No apology from driver. So yeah. Disappointed is an understatement, and I look forward to the inevitable gastric distress from the few bites I managed, before the rest went into our food bin. Avoid.
collected our order and woman in kitchen was super friendly and food was ready on time. Really wanted to like it as would be great to have a good Thai takeout nearby but unfortunately that was not to be. Red and green curry were okay but had so much liquid it was more like soup. Sticky rice was shocking, came in a bag (like microwave rice) and was actually solid so you could slice it! Pad Thai was the worst though - very unpleasant to eat. Will not be returning :(
What an utter disaster of Thai cuisine !! My delivery order of Chicken Pad Ka Prow was the highlight among the other disappointments in the order. This dish is nowehere near the authentic version. I had to search for the pieces of chicken in the dish and it was rubbery. Thai green curry was watery and felt like it was mixed with ready made Thai green paste. Sigh.. this is just ridiculous. Not to mention the sky high price ! Better spend somewhere else.
Thai food takeaway wise I have only ever tried Thai now in tilehurst and that was absolutely dreadful. The food was ridiculously bland, tiny portions & way over priced, so that put me off ordering Thai food. So thought would give these guys a try, I done a collection order and food was ready at the stated 25min time. I had several dishes which were ALL full of flavour and plenty of perfectly cooked tender beef and fresh vegetables (along with plenty of fresh ginger etc) only disappointing thing was there was only 3 prawns in the pad Thai which is no where near enough for the £10 price tag but the rest was lovely, I will definitely be back for a sit down meal next time.
The best Thai food I’ve had in a long time. The green curry was just stunning. The whole family loved it. Cannot wait to go back!
