   It was my daughter’s birthday, and there were 24 of us in total. When we arrived, the restaurant was very busy, and although we waited around 10 minutes, we were seated surprisingly quickly. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. I’ve never seen a team work so hard and so respectfully — every single staff member was giving 100%. Full credit to the manager for putting together such a wonderful and professional team. Highly recommended!

   One place where there a vegetarian option in burger. Bean burger is ok. Chilli Rice is below average. Halloumi was average - too salty than usual.Garlic bread was bit chewy.Better in store.Sides are Mini portions. Not so great as a takeaway.

   We went for dinner and revived by CC who was provided a wonderful service. Ordered online and service was quick. Good is good and we were happy with the environment and everything. The kids meal portions were quite small. Rest all is good

   It took a longer time than a normal service to order the food on a Saturday we were there. Some of the foods or drinks on the menu were unavailable, and it could be better if we were told by the staff member who gave us the menu.

   I’ve been to this branch of Nando’s a few times now and I have to say it’s generally pretty good. The food is as you’d expect really, nice continuity. Sometimes the queue to order can be a little long of a wait but not too bad. The restaurant itself feels larger than most with a full-height ceiling and lots of glazing. If you want a little privacy or maybe there’s a small group of you then maybe check out the upstairs section which looks to be designed for this. If visiting by car be aware of the car park charges - it’s free I believe for up to 2 hours, however you can enter your reg on a screen in the foyer section for up to 4hrs parking should you need it. Personally I just register my car number plate anyway as I’ve been caught out before. Toilets were in pretty good order and clean the one time I’ve used them.

   Very poorly managed. Waited 5min on the door even though there were empty tables, 30min on the queue to order food. Even though we could see our on the server & ready but there was no one to serve it. Teller got the order wrong. Stuff out of stock even thought teller had charged for it. Found a feather on my food. No plates available. Generally no order. Extremely disappointed!!

   Good as all the other nandos. Had some interesting art work. Much more spacious than anticipated, multiple booths were a nice touch. Only issue was I was ignored for a bit by the a cashier who was talking to their colleagues, which prompted the manager to quickly come to serve me.

   Extremely friendly staff. Taste was amazing as always. Very clean restaurant although somehow i smelled chicken in the drinking glass, might need a bit of attention there. Staff was very friendly I would repeat. Definitely going to visit again

   Halal, Ambience, Courteous, Fast, Organised, Delicious. I am in love with Reading Gate’s Nando’s. I would highly recommend going in and using the contactless ordering by scanning the barcode and ordering online. Very Ultra quick. Thanks to u guys (bottomless drinks wow)!! And decor is just very awesome.
