I come in with my children and Partner after a long drive, lillie at the wacky warehouse, Went above and beyond, and was fantastic with the kids and overall great experience. Our food was spot on tasty, hot well presented and perfect portions I had the mixed grill and was definitely one of the best mixed grill I’ve had in a hunger house, So thank you to the Chef/chefs who cooked it. Definitely recommend and definitely will be returning.

20/10/25 UPDATE Had breakfast here en route to a cruise again. Staff friendly. I ordered waffles & bacon and my husband a breakfast roll. Both were generous portions and hot in temperature. SEPTEMBER 2025 Stopped here en route to a cruise departing from Southampton. The car park was busy at 12.30 on a Thursday lunch time but quiet inside. Our order was taken within minutes of being seated and arrived soon after. The food was reasonably priced along with the portion size. Our mains cost £12.99 for 2. My only negative comment is that the food would have benefitted from being hotter. The toilets were very clean. The young male staff member who took our order and brought us our meals was friendly and polite.

Stopped here for food on Sunday 07/09/2025 at 16.30pm. Nice size carpark and next door to a Premier Inn. Walked in the girl behind the bar was about as welcoming as a wasp sting, felt hindrance to her shift. My partner ordered food from same girl and said she was rude again. Some lad was fixing his car in the car park, she went out to see him hands on the car and straight back behind bar didn't even wash her hands. The Inn has plenty of seating inside and outside. The food was nice and hot. Reasonably priced. This is situated between Cadnam and Romsey..

26/02/23 We have just been invited back for a meal to try & rebuild the poor service we had last time. I must say they really did that. We were greeted by Lisa very polite then our server was Chloe very professional, the food was great, no waiting & everything was cleared away when we finished. I also noticed all empty tables were clean & waiting for the next customers. All in all no complaint's this time at all thank you to all the Vine team Lisa, Chloe & Taylor thank you very much. Our Last visit 12/02/23 Nice meal, but so slow service. No tables are cleared we were there for 2 hours but not one table was cleaned. The waitress walk passed dirty tables empty and not a care in the world. Waited 45 minutes for our sweet waitress and have no manners at all. I asked for a spare bowl & spoon & she just walked off. I had to go into the kitchen & and ask someone else. Disgusting service we had to make room on our table so we could have our sweets.

The staff have been really friendly. The meal was tasty honest pub grub, and the IPA was good. The staff to be fair worked really hard on a really busy Friday night, and not much of a let up in customer's to be served. If ever I visit from Wales again, then I'll pay you another visit for sure.

We'd booked a table here after spending a day out at Paultons Park as it's so close by. The menu looks good, but there was a list of menu items unavailable. The chipuffalo is good but definitely needs toasting (just my opinion) however food was ok, a bit of a wait but we didn't mind, the kids found the little play area outside so that kept them amused whilst waiting. Shout out to Lisa who was serving on the bar. Very friendly and professional

Stayed at the Premier inn next door for two nights and used the pub Vine inn to have our meals and very happy with the service and food. The pub is separate and not to do with the Premier inn. On arrival we had a cake for my daughters birthday 16.5.22 so I went into the pub and asked a staff member Will if they could hold the cake till our meal on the Monday, he went and asked and said no problem at all. Staff very friendly and welcoming, there is another young lady who I think is a manager with black hair who was also very nice. Food great and very good value for money, good drink selection. Kids loved the little play area out the back. I have to mention the Vimto burger, stunning and would highly recommend this very different burger. Many thanks for everything guys.
