   I went in on monday evening and was served by a lovely girl with long brown hair and amazing customer service! She was very chatty and made sure my experience was perfect alongside creating a comfortable environment for me even when i took a while to decide what i wanted! I highly recommend this restaurant the service was impeccably fast and the food was excellent.

   THE BEEF! Y’all, the beef. The beef!!! THE BEEF!!!!!! Outside of Arizona and California, this is the BEST slow-cooked beef brisket taco I’ve had. And I’ve tried them across England. It’s tender, juicy, super flavourful… this is made by someone who knows their stuff. Beef aside, the beans were gorgeously seasoned, and the guacamole & pico de gallo were clearly fresh and handmade. Service is friendly and engaged, clearly a business being invested in on a personal level. It’s worth a drive, trust me.

   Went for lunch with some colleagues and WOW the food was delicious and great portion size. We all went for the Mac and Cheese with the southern fried chicken, Chipotle mayo and mustard. We will definitely be back to try more of the mac and cheese flavours.

   1000% would recommend popping in here for a great feed. Hands down my favourite Mexican I’ve had so far since moving to the UK. The beef brisket is so full of flavor and juicy. As you can see from the photos we ordered quite a lot and there wasn’t a single bad plate of food. Every plate was delicious and very reasonably priced. If you’re in the Reading area and are looking for some amazing food, definitely stop off here. :)

   Street Food Shack in Theale, near Reading, Berkshire: Very welcoming man. Very good, hearty burrito! It was a good size and ‘filling...’ (I think burrito means small donkey!) Will definitely eat their food again. I even got an extra stamp on the loyalty card! And free ‘Doritos’. This was a good value place with a positive and friendly vibe. I reckon people who live on boats will use this place a lot because it’s fairly handy for the Kennet and Avon canal moorings at Theale. Or they can do delivery. They have meat free and vegan things too. Food is fresh and very tasty. Highly recommended.

   Wow, exceptional local business doing really tasty burritos, wings and more. First visit today and owner Jack is super enthusiastic about producing fresh cuisine. We both had BBQ brisket burritos with tortilla chips and Jack kindly gave us some smokey wings to try. Everything was so good, delicious balance of flavours and big portions.    First time I've been here and I'll definitely be back. The food was fresh and delicious and made quickly. The lunchtime meal deal is just right for a decent sized filling lunch. We had the BBQ chicken wings which were delicious, two burritos which were absolutely delicious! The coriander and lime rice was so fresh tasting and delicious. We also got a cheesy nachos and they were really good. The cheese was just right and wasn't spicy. The guacamole was fresh and tasty. We also got a lime Jarriots drink to try and it was so good. The customer service was second to none and the place was clean and tidy. There's also a couple of tables inside to sit and eat if you wanted to.

   Freshly made food which are tasty and good value. Tried the naked burrito bowl, chicken empanadas, wings and nachos - recommend them all. Staff and owners Jack and Ray are also friendly, knowledgeable and clearly passionate about food. Theale are lucky to have Street Food Shack broaden gourmet options for locals. Suggestion is to dine in if you can; nice positive vibes and eat it while they are hot. Overall I would go again and recommend to others. Tips: there are free parking near the front and along Theale high street, also near by one of pubs if required.
