Incredibly busy, apparently — five tables and still managed to make me wait almost twenty minutes for a burger meal. The big guy said, “Everyone’s hungry, can’t go any faster, I’m doing my best.” Sure, mate — must be exhausting serving five tables.
I really like Burger King. They have very nice burgers, they are always fresh and they taste amazing. The staff was very kind and helpful with me. Keep going guys.
Absolute disgrace. Can I call trading standards?? £12 for a. Burger that looks fantastic on the scene display. Oh the disappointment when you sit down on the greasy seats and open up the wrapping. Quite frankly disgusting. If it was a fiver I wouldn’t mind. DON’T eat there. It’s a rip off!
Lovely place, nice holiday. The whole place is spotless. All areas are well maintained. Food is absolutely excellent in the buffet and individual restaurants. The staff are friendly. Couple of niggles given the cost and promised rating of 5 stars , it's 4 at best TV has very few English channels, the hotel evidently caters for more Germans , yet UK tourists are the second highest cohort, this needs sorting. Our suit had lovely balcony views of local bins, not exactly the jewel in the crown that was promised. Reception has little or no assistance to take guests and or luggage to rooms with many new arrivals given verbal directions to find their own rooms. Needs work to get to 5 stars and the cost is a little high at £1800 for a week given drinks are mainly cheap local brands with even all inclusive guests required to pay extra for premium brands , this aspect is VERY poor.
Horrendous. Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and when unwrapped, it was missing the bacon. Told staff and the could not have really cared less… added the bacon and gave it back to me. Bacon was stone cold as was the bread and burger just warm. Tables were not cleared and the whole BK area was full of rubbish, Why would you bother eating here, when it’s this bad. @BurgerKingUK hope you use this feedback with franchisee to improve the awful customer experience.
Very pleasure staff working very hard. It was few coaches when we come in but people working there made great job to serve everyone
Prices more expensive than your local BK but that's par for the course I suppose at a services. Food has always been cooked fresh and hot and staff have always been pleasant and helpful. One time I had an order mixup and the staff were very apologetic and sorted it out quickly. Seating area is very modern and open as well, with old school pictures on the wall.
Horrible Burger King. Won't accept any coupons, won't let you mobile order, prices are extravagant, and quantities are hilariously small. Motorway robbery indeed.
Staff were blazes and scruffy, couldn’t be bothered logging into the coffee machine (blonde haired woman said she’d forgotten) he said its not working. Offered us hash browns when we could have had fries but he said no; then served them to someone straight after us. His attitude was rude and disbelieved we could only order tea on the diy order screen, so instead of doing our order he went over to see ‘no we can’t order coffee on the diy screen’! We were in a hurry after just getting off a plane with a long journey ahead of us and all we got was an attitude like ‘computer says No!’ They weren’t ready for 7am opening basically. Overall the services itself was grubby hence almost empty; just a short distance was a far cleaner services and busy.
