   first time of ordering here and must say it was lovely, mixed starter for two was very tasty, duck was shredded for you-love this, lots of sauce too, special chow mein was really delicious with lots of meat and lovely thin noodles, will definitely use again.

   Food always taste nice , however last few times I have been , they always forget something , either it be curry sauce or Prawn crackers, and it has happened 3 of the last 4 times I have been, and each time a quick verbal apology and on to the next customer. The cost of the sauces and Prawn crackers is very high anyway and to keep happening is really not fair especially when it takes a lot of time and effort to go back out after serving the food to collect a new one. I know this can happen but never a real apology or even a free drink to apologise. The last two times I have got home served the food and noticed the sauce is missing and had to back out and leave my food to get cold. Upon returning I am barely given an apology and today was just handed a tub of sauce not even a bag to take it home in. This ruins my food and to have a quick sorry and then continue on the phone is awful customer service and even being told by the staff I have done this to you before to you haven’t I. I would have expected a discount or a free drink or chips or anything really just as a gesture but instead just shrugged off. Then off back home agitated to a cold meal that has cost a lot of money and actually took more time and effort than cooking at home which defeats the entire point of a takeaway.

   I’ve ordered from here a few times now and never had a bad meal until tonight, ordered chicken curry , plain chow mein , egg rice and beef and mushrooms and I’m sad to say everything tasted of one flavour and that was salt !! Not sure if there is a different cook ? I will order again as it may be a one off but if I order again and all I can taste is salt then it will be my last order .

   First time ordering from this restaurant and I was impressed. Wide selection of dishes to choose from. Really delicious and authentic food.The Aubergine in Black bean sauce was fantastic and very soft. The other dishes we ordered were very tasty. We ordered online, and the collection, and service was very quick and polite. We did have a minor issue with a missing item in our order. The staff resolved it very quickly and were so polite. I will definitely come back again to try some of the other dishes.

   Absolutely awful, food was bone dry, the duck could have been crumbled into dust! Other was soggy and over cooked, lacked flavour. Never tasted such bland and dry Chinese food before, it was absolutely awful.

   Bit hit an miss but always good, ordered from here 4+ times now. Seems to be better when we order delivery vs take away. We like that they have vegetarian shredded beef.

   Nice people but the food is not the best. Sweet and sour pork may as well be called Pork in ketchup. So sweet had to throw it in the bin. Teeth were aching after two bites. Where is the sour and where is the flavour? Us locals are not so stupid that you can pass off anything as Chinese food.
