   NEW updated MENU down below. Absolutely lovely staff serving there, so kind. Cheaper food but incredibly tasty and definitely the best Chinese we've tried! Recommend the sweet and sour chicken balls. Family of 4 comes up to £31 but lasts us for 2 dinners!

   I have been going here for 15 years with large family orders most Fridays. The food and service has been constantly good over that time. But the team and perhaps ownership have recently changed and over the last 3 months we have had a few appealing dishes. One was downright inedible! I am gutted to say we will now go elsewhere. Nice folk but poor food now.

   Fast Service, Friendly Staff, good quality food of a consistent quality. Good variety on the menu with decent price. Good access to Parking, extremely local. Only problem is you cannot with a card.

   Used this Chinese for many years but very disappointed this evening chow mein very bad had a bisto style sauce very thick dark and glutinous….. not nice at all…. Called back and was told kitchen would be informed Time to try another I think

   I've been to every fish and chip takeaway except one in Reading and this is fine. It's perhaps the most expesive by ~20% and the fish was probably the greasiest (a lot of oil pooled on the plate). Mushy peas were fine and given complimentary prawn crackers! Will try the other place next time. Queue wasn't as long as the other place. Cash only and a free withdrawal cash machine was a couple of shops away. The Chinese menu options were extensive and looked appealing.

   The best chips, the best satay sauce (ever) and great staff. The only downfall is there are basically no veggie/vegan options for either the chippy or Chinese. Once tofu or some other alternatives get added it would easily be 5/5
