we order frequently, always friendly over the phone and happy to alter certain things for me. Delivery is usually within the hour and the food is brilliant! Set meals are very good value! Wouldn't order from anyone else.
The food is normally very good. A good choice and good taste. Only complaint is the size of the samosas, rather small for the price.
Waited over 1 hour for food, in which is normal. But when it didn't come over an hour, my husband phoned up and they said, oh we are on our way. And then when it came, it was horrible and chewy. And we use this all the time it put us off now
We ordered lamb baltis qhich was not tasty at all. The sauce was like tomato soup wirh chunks of tuff meat here and there. Called to complain to be told what do i expect tgem to do about it. I had no complaints before as lanv balti is my favourite dish. I am extremely disappointed with their response and behaviour. What an expensive waste of money and unkind behaviour from dilraj. I felt they didn't even care that their food was not fit to consume of the dish at all and they needed to be aware of it. Careless behaviour.
How a popular Indian resturant in 2024 still charges full price for bite size samosas, the google and uber eats images shows bigger pieces, tricks you into paying full price for kid size samosas is beyond unacceptable, everywhere I've ate at reading serves big pieces and it's worth 1-3£ per portion. I paid 1£+ per portion thinking it's the bigger ones and recieved these kid size samosas I can get 10 for 1 pound at supermarkets. It's unacceptable serving these samosas in 2024. I don't hate your resturant I just felt scammed for what I got and what I paid for. This is a scam and false advertisement, I'm sorry

Best Indian in reading. Food is alway hot, so tasty! I can't go anywhere else. There service is amazing. Honestly I couldn't fault them. The one thing that I love is there rice is never watery!!! Honestly best place to go.

The food is tasty and the people polite and friendly. My favourites are the vegetarian dishes, say alli, and bhindi. Like most indian dishes they are oily but very tasty. They also have a lovely butter chicken and shish kebabs. Well worth a try. YUMMY.
