Fantastic Sunday lunch today. We all had perfectly cooked roast beef with broccoli, carrots, parsnips, roast potatoes served in a separate sharing dish, and a large Yorkshire pudding with horseradish & plenty of gravy. Lovely atmosphere, with background music at the perfect volume to drown out other people without disrupting our own conversation.. We were looked after by Charlie who was very friendly and attentive. Puddings were lovely too, home cooked and really good portions. So brilliant food, lovely ambience, a friendly and welcoming team, and a very reasonable bill at the end, considering we had 2 drinks each, desserts, and coffee and teas. First time here for a Sunday lunch, but it won't be the last. Highly recommended. Thank you

We have just had an excellent Sunday lunch at the Jekyll and Hyde. There is a good selection of roasts on the main menu and the roast beef with seasonal vegetables and Yorkshire pudding were all beautifully presented and expertly cooked. The staff were friendly and inviting and we had a really lovely visit. We will definitely recommend the Jekyll and Hyde to friends and family. Looking forward to returning soon and trying more of your expansive menu. Great value for money too!

We had a lovely 4 mile walk from this pub car park followed by a delicious meal in this pub. We were a group of 8 adults and everyone enjoyed their meals. There was a good choice of food , the portion size was generous, the presentation was delightful and the price was very reasonable. The two ladies that waited on our table were very efficient, warm hearted and friendly. The pub is very old but very clean!!! It has a wonderful charm with it's stone floors, brick walls , beamed ceilings and an open fireplace. If wholesome, home cooking , excellent service and a countryside setting is what you want , look no further. This ticks all those boxes and is the perfect place to go. We would definitely recommend and we will all most definitely return! Thank you to all the staff for making our day a very happy one.

This is a lovely pub and we were looking forward to eating here but when we arrived we was told it was a 45 minute wait for food. There was only 8 tables eating alot of them had food so a bit of a weird one. Maybe under staffed but the staff werent very welcoming which was a shame.

We have been wanting to visit the pub for a long time but then it shut down. With it re-opening with the new owners, we took the opportunity to visit. We went on a Saturday lunch time and it was moderately busy with people both inside and outside. The inside has a traditional pub feel and vibe. The outside has a larger beer garden and playground for any children. There is a large lawn area for kids to run around or for people to sit if the weather is nice. We had mains and deserts and all of the food was fantastic. The portion sizes were generous and everything we had was tasty. The price was very reasonable for the area. The menu had around 6-7 starters, mains and deserts which meant it was easy to choose something with all the dishes being cooked fresh. I hate pubs that have huge menus. Service was good but it could be improved. Most of the staff were very young and they did try hard. It was just the little things that needed brushing up e.g. bringing spoons with hot drinks etc. so nothing major. Overall we were all very impressed and we will be back again. I would really like to try their Sunday roast. To everyone at Jekyll and Hyde, well done, you have a cracking pub.

Stop if you can! Eat here! If it's on your way or even close to on your way. The food is outstanding! Ordered hallumi cheese, veggie spring rolls, mussels in white wine and tiramusalata. Absolutely delicious.

We really enjoyed our visit to Jekyll and Hyde. I had the chicken skewer and it was delicious. Others had ribs, a burger and there was a kiddies chicken nuggets. We also had a humus dip and tzatziki dip starter and they were very tasty. The salads that accompanied the meal were also good. The restaurant is well maintained, beautifully decorated and clean. The outside area is wonderful and has a play area.

Nice fusion of Greek and English food with a few Thai curries available as well. Kids menu good and reasonably priced for a fixed menu. Nice play area available in the beer garden (just be prepared for dirty children as the chipping leaves them black). Moderate selection of beer on tap. The Baklava we had for dessert was amazing!

Had a fantastic meal, great portion sizes, with friendly, helpful staff and service. They catered for our big group of 14, in their private upstairs area, with everything brought out correctly and on time. Perfect!

A lovely, quite & friendly place to eat, the food was amazing and the portion sizes...well, ourselves along with all the other guests were very happy with what came out the kitchen. We had the Lamb Chops and Full Rack of Ribs.
