   Ordered food, 2hrs later nothing, so I tried calling several times to enquire. I chased the order through just eat, I am then informed it will arrive by 8:35. At 9pm I formally cancel the order. And ordered else where, which arrived pretty quickly. Despite cancelling the food arrives at 9:45 (3hrs 45mins) after my order went in, and 45mins after cancelling. I sent it back, and expect a full refund.

   Absolutely love this Chinese takeaway in Totton—easily the best in the area! The food is always fresh, full of flavour, and arrives piping hot every time. Portions are generous and the menu has a great variety, from the classic favourites to some delicious house specials. The staff are friendly and service is quick. Highly recommend if you’re after consistently tasty Chinese food!

   Have always loved fast wok as usually lovely and fresh but last night the pancake rolls poured with so much oil it was literally pouring out , the chow mein was greasy and flavourless, really disappointing as it was a real treat to order Chinese. Fast delivery though!

   Never had a "bad " curry from here . Normally collect and it's always hot with added free poppadoms.... parking is a bit of a pain due to the large carpark at the end of the precinct , where this takeaway is , having been made into a pay and display .... There is however free parking across the road . The menu is varied and caters for vegetarians and meat eaters alike . The naan breads are cooked well with plenty of filling in both the peshawari naan and stuffed naan. The staff are knowledgeable , helpful and happy . In my opinion a good curry .

   Waited near enough 2 hours for my food! Not only that.. I've seen bigger portions in a McDonald's happy meal. Only good thing is that it did taste nice. So 1 star is good enough. I'd say.

   Ordered before they even opened, called two hours later to check when food would arrive and was told it still wasn't even close to be cooked. Used a one off nhs discount code with just eat and this has been wasted because I've now had to get a refund and start cooking before my kids go to bed. Said they could have atleast called to tell me and got the response of what I meant to call every customer. Disgusting. Avoid!!!

   Ordered at 6:10, phoned at 8:10 to find out where driver was. Was told that the driver had attempted delivery, that they had called, and that they didn't have time. I have no missed calls, me the other 4 people waiting for this, did not hear / see any delivery, was told to cancel through Just Eat. I'm a regular, usually going into pick up, and I'm absolutely appalled by the service that I will not be going back. It wasn't the wait, it was the lack of communication and how the phone calls were handled, (had issues cancelling through Just eat so called to see if they could help), could hear "its that customer again moaning etc"... Absolutely disgraceful. Lost a customer.

   2nd time we've orderd for delivery, 1st time was a major fail! We ended up getting a refund from just eat as the food was stone cold.. and the teenager on the phone had about as much grace and mannors as a local pig in the local farm... 2nd time we orderd as we thought it may of been be busy the 1st time they delivered the food but missed a complete meal, once again it was the same teenager who clearly only has the job from a "family friend" gave us attitude from the phone, eventually the delivery driver gave us an apology and gave us our food. I would never recomend for delivery in marchwood the foods good but the idiot on the phone is a complete melt and needs to be sent back to school to get some "people skills" ... cheers.
