   I have been going to this restaurant for years me and my family absolutely love it however we ordered tonight for delivery as usual and was told the same answer which was it would be around 40 mins. After waiting 40 mins we received a phone call explaining the restaurant had decided to cancel our order unless we would pick it up, after agreeing to pick it up they exclaimed the order had already been cancelled so neither deliver or pick up was an option. After explaining our problems to the restaurant worker we were rudely told there’s nothing that they will do about it now and hung up the phone. This is a real shame as we loved this restaurant however don’t love the way the situation was “resolved” tonight!

   Me and my fiancée visit spice regularly and always have such a lovely experience. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Food is always amazing and nicer each time we return. The team made my partners birthday special and even added a personal touch of playing our song. Visit as much as we can and never have anything but compliments for the chefs and the team at spice. Thank you again.

   Charged extra when the order arrived. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but the food was absolutely terrible! I don't know why this restaurant has so many 5 star reviews, because the service and food was rubbish! Very disappointed. The worst indian food we have ever tasted. I would give this minus 5 stars if I could.
