Why why why. I use you on a regular basis. I even have my normal delivery in saved settings. So why do you think you can send me dried up chips, poorly cooked mains. Previous takeaways, have been great, that's why we reorder. Our last meal was just ok, but because of your other deliveries, we gave you the benefit of the doubt. But today has done it for us, ....Thanks last order completed
Imperial Dragon Chinese Takeaway — A Culinary War Crime Ordering from the Imperial Dragon is like stepping into a parallel universe where customer service has been outlawed by the Geneva Convention. I half expected Chairman Mao himself to crawl out of the kitchen and read me my rights before force-feeding me prawn crackers made of asbestos. The food? It’s like someone deep-fried regret. Every bite tastes like the dreams of a kitchen porter who’s just realised he’ll never make it out alive. The depressing looking meal looked like it had already been eaten once and regurgitated back into a foil tray, and the sweet and sour chicken could double as building insulation. I’ve had better meals during food poisoning. The food so inedible that bobby sands would refuse to entertain the notion of tucking Inn. The staff have the customer service skills of a car crash. Ask them a question and they’ll respond like you’ve just insulted their ancestors. I called to complain once — they didn’t so much apologise as threaten to reincarnate me as a spring roll. And the delivery driver — stone the crowd!!!!!. This man’s brain must be running on Windows 95. He left my food on top of a bin, as if he was making some kind of avant-garde statement about consumerism. I opened the bag and half-expected a rat to hand me the fortune cookie. If you want to experience what it’s like to eat in the afterlife — but specifically the bad afterlife — Imperial Dragon is for you. It’s less a takeaway, more a psychological experiment. Out of five stars, I’d give it one — and that’s only because negative numbers aren’t allowed.
Absolutely shocking service - ordered on Uber eats, notified to say it was on way and would be arriving between 8.25-8.45 - called at 8.50 and was told that it had not even started to be cooked yet - couldn’t give a toss about it not being started and just said oh we’ve been busy and don’t have the drivers. Don’t take the orders then!!!!
Please save your money and don’t get a takeaway from here! The food was terrible! Burnt, tasteless, just disgusting! Please do yourself a favour and avoid like the plague!
AVOID Food ordered via Ubereats. Was an hour late, tried to call numerous times for an update and no one picked up. So I'm left wondering if I'm even getting a delivery at all. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and unsatisfying. A thoroughly dissapointing experience in every way. Avoid.
Definitely would NOT recommend this place, staff rude and food as not described as on the menu when served. Never again from this place and I hope others see this review and boycott too

Stayed open late to make our order and the food was amazing! Will definitely be ordering again.
Really disappointing with the food, we have even tired it a few timea to be sure and unlikely to go back again now. We had beef and vegetable, chicken balls, rice and chips. Food was undercooked, unflavoured and very greasy. Infact none of finished the food on the last occasion. They delivered quite quickly though and were friendly but may have been through a third party so not too sure.
