   At 03/11/2025 time 12:10pm Imagine going get food after busy day And work hard the guy who works there asked me do I have Snapchat!!! or give him my number I couldn’t get his name but what shame !!! Very unprofessional while he should do service he ask girls for contact number or Snapchat !! Where and how I can report him !!! I mentioned the date and time hope his manger or someone can see it and find out how rude is he and he made me so uncomfortable!!

   Food's good, they're quick; they're polite personally I couldn't give less of a shit about them being polite, but some do Idk why it's rated so low at the time of writing this, i've been here multiple times (like 10 times over a few months) and i've never had a single thing to complain about lol

   Aggressive staff from the outset, asked for something on the menu board and was met with "can't do that, come round and I'll show you on the till we can't do it" in a voice full of attitude and disrespect. Worker didn't have a name badge on, probably on purpose to hide from reprimand of being so rude. Such a shame as had just enjoyed a football game win associated with subway and wanted to enjoy a meal from the sponsors only to be met with hostility and aggression, really put a damper on the day. I hope they will glance at their manuals on how to speak to customers because the aggression was uncalled for. Really upsetting. To top it all off, just went to eat my sub and was stoned cold. Definitely wasn't toasted as I looked and cheese wasn't melted. Too much focus on yelling at customers and not enough focus on actually providing sub par food. Really disappointed

   When you look at the menu board and ask for something specifically on it and they say that isn’t possible - and are angry at you for asking for it. Terrible customer service, argumentative from the outset. Would understand if we’d asked multiple times but straight away were aggressive. Quite poor actually - don’t go here unless you want to leave angry

   Shocking experience - customised ham toasted footlong with cheese and peppers came with no peppers and onions instead - try telling that to a child who can’t stand onion or onion taste through the cheese. Second customisable should have had double cheese and instead had the bare minimum. All this was realised once we got home after another 15min journey. App not fit for purpose even for registering a concern

   Worst Subway in Derby. The staff, especially the teenage girl are extremely stingy with the salad and sauces. I ask more than 3 times for more lettuce and sauce etc yet my food is always made dry and on a ration.

   Foods alright but the staff have no customer service what so ever, really shouldn't be in that job as it makes you feel awkward everytime you go in there. Everytime I've been in its felt like a challange to get my order across to them aswell. Foods okay but staff are not. Think they need some training on how to not come across miserable and a can't be bothered attitude.
