Most horrendous Chinese we have ever ordered , so bad it all went in the bin . Not a great Christmas Eve and waste of £35 ! Do not order !!!!!
I ordered pad Thai from this place and I must say that whatever that thing I ate was, it was the most repulsive and disgusting meal I've ever had in my entire life, and I ate some questionable food before. I can't explain how outrageously bad this was, and that was before I noticed that they have a low hygiene rating, which adds another layer on how incompetent this place is. You're better off eating a dead rat instead of this.
Shocking, if I could give no stars I would!food turned up cold and covered in oil! I wouldn’t even give it to my dogs !!! I called to tell them and the customer service I got was disgusting!!! Was told that I can still eat the food cold and mix it with rice !! I will never order from here again!!!
Would have given 0 stars but can't. Food was raw, chicken in both curries I ordered was very pink & slimy, smelt funny too. Also refused a refund when I rang to complain & woman I spoke to refused to acknowledge the chicken was undercooked. Should have read the reviews, won't make that mistake again. Avoid at all costs
Ordered from here 7/7/2022 received my order the chicken chow mein was full off burnt egg that had been scrapped off the dirty pan that obviously hadn't been cleaned in-between dishes the chicken balls was doughy like they had been made by a infant at playschool the bbq sauce was like water rang up to complain about the egg in my chicken chow mein the answer I got from the rude and arrogant woman was I should of ask for no egg, what part of chicken chow mein says it will have burnt egg in.will never order from here again even it was free.this place needs a visit from food hygiene before they hurt somebody.not fit for 1 star but had to so I could post and warn others to stay away.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Would have rated nothing but wasn't an option. Everything was clearly microwaved, the chips were dry and were inedible, the chicken balls looked like they'd been stored in a fridge for days and reheated and the sweet and sour sauce was a radioactive pink colour the shredded beef was chewy and hard and the sauce covering it was slimey, the satay chicken was vile, the duck smelled terrible and didn't get a look in.... absolutely disgusting! To top it off when I called the restaurant to complain they were rude and did not acknowledge the problem.
Only one star because you need to rate it. Sweet and sour sauce is pink, tastes like vinegar. Would rather go hungry. The chicken curry was like rubber, couldn't get stab it with a fork. And this is the ribs
It was okay. It won't be winning any awards. Food turned up past the estimated delivery time but not by too much. A bit too salty. My mum and my grandad enjoyed their meals.
