For the third year running on December 27th Rondhon catered our family party for 22 people. The food was delicious, arrived spot on time and piping hot. Thank you, Rondhon
The food is great, but beware of paying over the phone. I did this for an order being picked up by a friend. Rondhon claimed I hadn’t paid and only checked their system after several minutes of argument. Luckily I had evidence on my banking app that the payment had gone through.
A fantastic takeaway, thank you. More poppadoms than I asked for, a great pickle tray. The main dish was cooked to perfection and to our request. Excellent value for money and a speedy delivery.
Food over hour late. Didn't realise after paying, food cold had to re heat. First time late food. (Benefit of the doubt) Everything used to exceptional. Don't know what has happened to this place. Will not order again. Sorry
First time going here and it was lovely. Very tasty and meat was tender. I will be going back again.
2 hours to deliver cold food which obviously been stood for a long time which was ordered upon opening time midweek... items missing upon delivery and when rang to complain put on hold for 10mins so gave up, don't use if you want deccent hot food delivered on time.
Since moving to Derby over a year ago we've really struggled to find an Indian restaurant/delivery service that cooked lovely food, delivered it hot, and adjusted the seasoning for us. Rondhon ticks all our boxes, the garlic mushroom puri starter is to die for!!
APPALLING! DO NOT ORDER! Ordered food on a 60 minute delivery. 2 hours and no sign of it. Driver called and mumbled that he couldn't find our house number after 1.5 hours and never showed! Refund refused. Lesson learned will never use them again! Should you wish to discuss this review please call me as I cannot reply to your post. My husband and son went to your shop last night and demanded a refund....they returned with £25 cash 2.5 hours after I had ordered. Clearly your driver was utterly clueless...he said my house number didn't exist. I have only lived here 21 years!!!
After waiting an hour for delivery, we were extremely disappointed to find that the entire order was incorrect. Just two out of nine items were correct. We immediately contacted the shop to address this, only to be told they had no history of the order ever having existed. They told us they would call us back as soon as they had traced the order, only to never contact us. We had to contact them after 15 minutes of waiting, to cancel the order completely. There was no sense of urgency or apologies communicated. The delivery driver finally returned to pick up the incorrect order, more than 40 minutes after the initial delivery. This was our second order with the Rhondon that was incorrect. We will never order again. Abysmal.
