   Very very disappointing!! Obviously no longer Imperial ‘Kitchen’ and has changed hands. I was not told I would have to wait an hour and a half for order which then came incomplete! They then wanted to charge me for the missing item, no apology and customer service manner was very poor. Food was below par, if we had wanted our mouths on fire we would have ordered an Indian. Felt sorry for the delivery lady because she knew I was cross with the poor service. Such a shame as it used to be excellent Chinese. I asked the guy on the phone for the managers name Lili, as I am really upset how we were treated. I would have liked for her to take the initiative and get in touch.

   To be fair i kind of stick to the same choice fortnightly, but i had some S/S balls this time..was not impressed. The chicken inside was rubbery and far too big for the doughly (not crispy batter) balls

   Ordered couple of items , was a bit disappointed. Mushroom soup quantity was very less. However taste was good. Chez wan beef was meant to be hot and spicy. But that was sweet and not at all hot. Chicken in black pepper sauce and veg noodles was average.

   Avoid !!! The food is absolutely disgusting and not eatable. We had to drive back to take the food back and get a refund. I strongly advice do not eat there. I don’t want to even know how old the food is there! I wish I could post all my pictures of the food they served us.

   The best Chinese! Always go to imperial kitchen, i genuinely say I wouldn’t move out of Mickleover because I would miss going. It’s always really nice food, the same quality everytime. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Only problem is it takes forever to get a call through on busy days so beware to wait… but totally worth it!

   Just ordered from here, and I was really happy with the food. Normally we go to happy house in micklover but thought we'd give here a go. We collected, was told 20 mins and that was spot on...food was hot and well cooked. I'll be ordering again and I'd recommend it.
