   Our first time here, the tables & menu's were dirty and sticky, the tables were all over the place. The place definitely needs a good clean and is in need of decorating. We didn't try the food as it's mostly curry/Indian based and thats not for us. It's a lovely big pub and has a lot of potential being so close to the housing estate, but it definitely needs some money spending. The staff and customers were very friendly.

   First time here, since it's been turned into an Indian based menu. With that the selection was reduced, but the food was really nice. All whilst being quite reasonable. It wasn't too busy and the people there were very friendly. Great experience overall

   Great village pub with friendly and welcoming staff. Nice garden and bowling green at the back. Some very well kept real ales available and the food is excellent and good value. They have some special offers on during the week. Well worth a visit.

   Was here on business a few days ago, popped in on the off chance, what a great pub, good value and the food was spot on, staff were really pleasant and chatty and knew what they were doing, had a chat with a bloke who seemed to be the landlord, Barry I think, great to see an old school landlord who knows his job and gets the best out if his team, who might I add are a credit to him. Keep up the good work.
