And for those of us doing dry Jan they have a few 0% options to choose from. Will definitely be going back. The only reason I gave the atmosphere a 3 is because we went in at 1300 and it was quiet”

“Lovely little restaurant located in the heart of Burton upon Trent. The staff are polite and friendly and the prices (Lunch time menu) are inexpensive for a decent dish. I have been multiple times and it's been decent throughout. My only complaint is that the chicken pieces could be a little higher in quality overall. But that wouldn't stop me from going back again.”

“I really can't speak highly enough about this pub. The man who served us ( I think he may have been the landlord) was fantastic. Personable, funny and just made us feel welcome. The food was simply amazing, wish the portions had been bigger, but maybe that's cause of how good it was. I really can't wait to go back there. Although I do wish they would do a Jägerbomb.”

“Lovely large pub, very clean and tidy. Plenty of seating indoors and outside, and plenty of drink choices. This pub is very well known for keeping great beer so is a must for any ale drinkers, they've won many awards. It does get very busy especially at weekends, but has a lovely friendly atmosphere. Great music playing with live music a lot of the time with James Bond playing on the tv which never goes amiss. “We decided to go to Miller and Carter in Burton as a last minute spontaneous decision and we certainly did not regret it. The service was great with their servers paying real attention to your experience, the food was prepared perfectly to the point where nobody in our party spoke a word once it arrived and the atmosphere was welcoming and warm. This was our first time at a Miller and Carter despite always wanting to visit and it certainly won’t be our last. If you find yourself in Burton give this establishment a visit, you’ll be grateful that you did!”
