   Attended a group meal with a set menu, first of all the waitress was great! However our starter took an hour to be served, we then waited a while for our main I ordered the steak tagliata which the food came out cold along with a few other meals were cold. The steak had no flavour and wasn’t even asked how we’d like it cooked. I went to pay my part of the meal as I had to leave before the others I paid for my part and the 10% service charge which I hope goes towards the waitresses that served us. The manger who I believe was a manger asked how my meal was I said tbh the steak wasn’t the best, he asked why and I explained there was no flavour, wasn’t asked how we like our steak cooked and it was cold he then came back with its one of our most popular dishes. He then said oh you had the steak then charged me an extra £7.50 because it’s an extra cost on top of set meals. I paid it but I just thought after him asking and I gave him feedback that any good customer service would of been we usually charge an extra cost on that but because you weren’t satisfied with your meal as a goodwill gesture this time we won’t charge you. This is also the second time we’ve had issues at the restaurants with the same manger earlier this year at another group meal. It’s really disappointing that this is another experience where I’ve been left unsatisfied with the service and amongst all the amazing restaurants in Maidenhead this will now be last resort. It would be great to have contact details for someone in head office.

   A wonderful and atmospheric place where you can eat well and relax in peace and quiet. Fantastic and very friendly service. The food is delicious, although a bit too spicy for me, but still 10/10.

   Easily the best food I've ordered for delivery! This Italian is gorgeous and goes the extra mile with packaging the food up, chilli oil for the pizza and popcorn to snack on! The truffle pizza was full of flavour but the arancini was easily the best. Really recommend this place:) definitely going to reorder

   This is a very nice Italian eatery at the east end of Bridge Street. On a cold and wet March evening, it’s a warm and comfortable place to visit. For the summer months, there is some outdoor seating. We skipped starters, and went straight to mains. I had a really nice sea food risotto and my wife had mushroom ravioli. Both were really good. My wife had the Lotus cheesecake and I had a glass of the very drinkable house red. The wine was served on the modern, warm temperature, but it soon cooled. The restaurant is large and spacious, with plenty of space between tables. It’s well worth visiting Storia

   A really delightful place. The food is amazing and the service was impeccable. A great place to meet up with friends for dinner. The decor also stands out with nice finishing touches. They have a lovely selection of vegan and gluten free options also.

   Went to Storia for a celebration, booked a table for dinner. Had a great experience here, pizzas were very big and tasty. Shame they ran out of tiramisu at 6:30pm! Good place to go, nice atmosphere, decent food!

   Great food, fantastic service, wonderful atmosphere. Felt very authentic italian, looking forwards to my next visit. The only thing that could improve the experience, is to have alternative milk to have with drinks.

   Love to see a new independent restaurant in town. Seriously good pasta, the decor has been done incredibly well (much bigger than you’d think), good service, and generous portions. Will come again!
