My second visit here. Excellent food and service. Condiments served with the popadoms were fresh and flavorful. Main courses were delicious with juicy chicken and deep flavours. The Garlic Naan breads were light and puffy, and perfect for mopping up the left over sauce. Highly recommended.
Lovely place!! Superb food and great service. Very good menu and the friendly owners are happy to advise if you can’t make your mind up!! Portion sizes are large and excellent quality. 100% recommend!!
We had an amazing meal here. Staff were very welcoming and attentive and food was delicious. They were great with my son who wasn’t sure if he’d like the food, they suggested a half and half meal, chicken nuggets and chips (so he wouldn’t go hungry) with a small side of a korma. We’ll definitely be back!
Tried for the 1st & must say best food & service & very friendly. I googled best Indian restaurants in Derbyshire and can say Elaichi deserves its high star rating. The food was amazing and the nan breads were the best I've ever had. Highly recommend & look forward to next time.
I am a bit picky about food - my partner doesn’t like going out for food with me because I will complain if it’s not good. Had a lamb Karahi again from here and this has been the best yet! Absolutely delicious! Lamb was full of flavour and lovely and tender and the sauce wow and the mushroom rice wow!! Had to leave a review straight away just to stop myself overeating. I think the best Indian I’ve ever had!
An amazing restaurant, with very attentive service. Highly recommended if you want really tasty food and to be well looked after. There was a loud group of guys near us with a lot of swearing that was mildly off putting but that isn't the restaurants fault. Highly recommended as a great place to dine in Belper!
Good Bangladeshi food cooked fresh using quality ingredients. Some unusual specials on menu. Friendly staff in a nice low-key contemporary setting. Would rate 5 stars if their pricing was more transparent - menu items are ex-VAT so bill inevitably comes to more than expected. This isn't illegal but is highly irregular in food service settings, and thus confusing.
