   This restaurant is an absolute joke. We have ordered several times from here for delivery and every single time something has been missing from our order. Today we order two meals. We got two drinks and ONE of those meals. So one person has to go hungry? The staff here clearly do not care about online orders and I am furious that I’ve spent over £30 for two meals and received one of them.

   The staff are always polite and their service is good, some broken communication between staff and customers here and there which is to be expected when dealing with fast food. Only issue is the number of staff, they seem to only ever have one person serving and one person on the gantry which causes food wait times to be longer than needed. Not the staffs fault but whoever makes their rota's clearly wanting to spend less on hours. Management needs a look at themselves to wonder why some of these reviews are so low. It shouldn't take near on 10 minutes for a single cravings burrito yet it does because some poor chaps doing several meals on his own while the others desperately trying to serve on time and find time to help his colleague make the orders.

   I love Taco Bell and have done since my first one in 1990 in Florida. I usuallly use the store at tower park but was in Poole today. Taco’s where top notch as always but the service from staff was appalling I ordered 3 crunch beef tacos for my lunch. I waited 30 mins for 3 beef crunchy taco’s. The guy in font of me ordered just chips. From what I understand that they was working the way through big orders/dinners first but wouldn’t be easier to get the small orders out first? There was such a back long of people by the till waiting for 1 or 2 items. Think I will never go in here again.

   Food isn't as good as when they first opened both the quality and flavour is poor drinks where flat with no fizzy, The place is a mess with sticky tables and floors with staff on there phones when they could be mopping or cleaning tables.

   If you want food poisoning order from here. I ordered from Deliveroo , on Friday afternoon , The delivery time was great , came on time , driver was nice , but the food was awful , maybe out of date , maybe not cooked properly, but it made me ill. I have been sitting in the toilet for hours , the Taco Bell has caused World War 3 in my stomach , and I swear to god never will I eat again from Taco Bell , I have emailed health and safety, because I really don’t want anyone to get ill like me from this place , next time it could potentially be worse for someone else , Be Warmed

   Great value for money. Was pleasantly surprised at the amount of food we got for just a fiver each was pretty tasty too. Prefer the taco over the thing and not to sure about the cinnamon twists but all in all a decent meal

   I've been to many Taco Bells in the USA to compare with the recent introduction to the UK. The quality is better and at this time standards mean for an above average rating experience. Taco Bell is a dumb down version of Tex Mex street food, but something different to the current fast food chain offering. The salad is fresh and although the meat is low quality been made to be approachable, easy, and cheap, which it is. The spice levels are not high and don't expect spicy with beef, as this is the mild meat option. Mountain Dew is a US soft drink staple and should be experienced if you've not before. It is also good to see churros (like long donughts you dunk instead of being filled). It's interesting to see bottles of beer on sale too. The interior makes it a good place to stop in with friends and groups or the family on a shopping trip. It's also laid out well to get in and out of you're in a rush, with a menu that makes choosing straightforward. It's Taco Bell and the quality is never good enough for 5 star but gets a 4 for the above average standard of fast food on the high street.
