Amazing place with great customer service the goo is amazing especially the cali ranch dip I would go there just for that and unlimited drinks as well so never go thirsty Adhim the shift leader over there also gave away some extras such a nice guy overall would give it a 4.5 do also check out Hollywood bowl if you are in the area for fun
All the staff were helpful and kind Shyam was great and was very polite when handing out the food the place was clean and atmosphere was nice
Came in at 10 past 6. Quite busy yet I got my food in only about three minutes, affordable food, fries are yummy and a wide variety of sauces to choose from. Will be coming back!
Visited here last weekend. Wanted something a bit different and quick. This place is a classic example of a place that opens and has lovely decor and then just declines with a lack of care. Nothing looked dusted for months, signage was scruffy. The fridge was almost empty behind the server desk but there were packs of cans stacked up by the rear wall on full view. The service was painfully slow and the resulting food disappointing, maybe its nornal for the tacos to have the tiniest bit of beef in I dont know but wasn't very filling or good value. The seeming manager was very hands off just walking back and forth but often stood waiting doing nothing. Takes not cleared, drinks machine out of flavours. This place could have a really nice vibe and may e when it opened it did but there is no love there now and its a shame.
Slow service, orders were wrong and a 20 min wait for a simple meal while it's quiet is abit ridiculous.
Every time we have been it has been at least a 20 minute wait up to 40 minutes when it is not busy. Don’t come here if you’re hungry.
Bought burrito box and it came without the box and the burrito was so small, 3 individual triangle nachos is not a portion, almost no contents at all, total joke. Nothing like every other Taco Bell I've been in, including other UK ones.
Update: Store seems to be much better run now, food can take a little while at times, but it's a great place to grab something to eat before a film or even just food out. Eating in is possible too. Only comment is that it would be nice to have a drinks disposal station, as the bin often seems to get a lot of drinks thrown in it and can get messy. Old review: Store was closed at about 7:30 pm, with no signs to indicate that it was, and the closing time says online that it shuts at 9:00 pm. Dining in has been closed now for a couple of months, so it's takeaway only, which wasn't even so during the last couple of years with Covid, not really sure what's going on with this branch.
Quality is pretty bad at this taco bell. 3 times ive been and every time this one has been bad Quality, i rather pay to park in Bournemouth and go to that one where food actually comes hot. Seems like they were prioritising deliveries.
