This place is joke. I was charged extra money to make my food spicy lol. Food wasn't that good. That will be my last visit.
Just had a really good takeaway of crispy chilli beef, Szechuan duck, salt and pepper chicken, egg fried rice and prawn toast. All delicious, the duck was really spicy the way it should be, and the chicken was so crispy and well seasoned. Very good, will definitely be ordering again.
Came here as I was craving Chinese. Walked in and saw the workers through the blinds and said hello. They looked up and ignored me and kept looking at there phone. Ordered satay chicken on skewers which tasted watered down. Also ordered chips which looked like it’s been tripled fried so hard and beyond crisped. Should have saw the sign when they didn’t acknowledge I was there.
First time ordered takeaway from there. Not good. Chicken on the satay was tough as anything. The chicken fried rice was dark brown and tasteless, the sweet and sour prawn balls appeared burnt and tough to cut into and the sauce was a solid lump? First and last visit I'm afraid
Food was awful , I ordered spare ribs which were burnt to a crisp, special fried rice was brown and bland and had no taste The only redeeming item was the curry sauce which was nice hence the 1 star
Hit and miss, sometimes it's lovely, nice and hot and good portion sizes. Sometimes however the meat is stone cold or uncooked (chicken balls for example)
Best place ever!! I come here every Fridays. Even though it is probably the busiest day, always get my food on time. Sometimes even gove you free drinks!!
Finding a good Chinese in this area is hard! But I am happy to report the food was good and very tasty. Unlike a curry, Chinese takeaways are always so hit and miss and dishes can be inconsistent. I had 3 main dishes: Beef And Broccoli (9/10) Prawn And Cashew (9/10) Roast Pork Chinese style (2/10) When it comes to Chinese 2 out of 3 ain’t bad. Plus, it was great value! But you had to pay cash… Very suspicious.
Decent food, awful service. We order from here regularly, at least every fortnight. We always order duck and pancakes for 2 people but they never give us enough sauce. We asked for more sauce, for which they wanted to charge £2.60 and as I ordered online, I didn’t have cash with me. Of course, they only take cash in store... The order was due to be ready for 19:55 and when it was finally good to go at 20:20, they even went to the effort of taking the extra pot of sauce out of the bag! They are so rude and ungrateful for anybody’s business, we will certainly make the effort to drive further next time for a more friendly experience.
