Ordered meals from here and the wrong things were delivered. I contacted them the next day to let them know. I was told that they would put a credit on my account for this. I tried to reorder the same as before and was told that I had to pay extra!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!
Dreadful service. Still waiting for food delivery. Phoned a while back and they said its on its way. It's not arrived. Shambolic
Food took over an hour and a half yo arrive after I had to ringvup and remind them if our order.When it arrived it was wrong and not very nice .Never again .
SAVE UR MONEY AND TASTEBUDS I've been Going to this spot for years. Lovely Staff with always great service.. BUT MY GOD WHAT WENT WRONG! The food was absolutely terrible. EGG FRIED RICE No egg. No salt. No nothing.. just disappointing flavourless -10/10 BEEF CHOW MEIN Dry. Meat had the consistency of a Marshmallow.. 1% onions.. NO SALT AGAIN. Just absolutely no flavour.. and No soy sauce!? -20/10 PRAWN CRACKERS Stale rubbish -100/10 Honestly gutted! this place has cut back on so much ingredients. This used to be my favourite spot. Never coming back.
Best Chinese take a way around by far, the food the service and value for money outstanding. it's a few miles out my way but well worth the journey. this is now my favourite. 10/10 well done dragon's den.
Tried this take away yesterday but was very disappointed, the Singapore noodles were undercooked and the dish was filled with excess onions and hardly any other veg which were nearly raw too,dish very salty. One of the worse I've even had.
Once again fabulous food, arrived as ordered on time. We won't order anywhere else. We don't believe that any negative reviews are real!
Once again the food was amazing, arrived 25 minutes early & piping hot. Wonderful ingredients cooked to perfection. The shredded chilli beef sauce was not the usual sickly sweet gunk served elsewhere. Generous portions of everything as usual.
