Over 2 hrs 40 minutes later we got it. No offer of discount either. They are normally very good. So not happy
Waited two hours for a Curry, Rice & Pancake Roll, when order placed was told delivery will be one hour. Hour & half later still no delivery so called them, was then told that there is only one driver on & that that my order will be next delivery out. Two hours later, still no delivery, called again & was told that my order was still not ready for delivery... ended up cancelling my order.
Waited over 2 hours for delivery. Live 5 minutes away. Staff were rude when rung after over an hour asking for an update or approximate time. Asked to cancel the order after 2 hours and they said it's 'on the way and hung up. Not even a big order
Twice I have had to wait over 2 hours , absolutely shocking. They say busy Friday and Saturday. You don't wait that long, when I phoned them they blame the driver. The food is lovely but they need to get their act together. Not one bit happy.
Food was good but the service was very slow, one person waited over an hour for their food.
This takeaway is a shambles. First we were told the card machine wasn’t working and they’d call back. They didn’t call so we called them. They took the card details but said it didn’t match the address (which wasn’t right) and said they couldn’t take the order so we asked them to cancel. We checked the bank account and the money had been taken, so we called again and the woman was very argumentative! And we only gave one star because you can’t give none!
I stopped using them 2 yrs ago as long waits and orders always wrong. Thought I would give them the benefit and try again tonight .. wrong order sent and missing items. Rude lady when I called in was told to pay again. I don’t think so won’t ever use this place again
Best Chinese takeaway I have ever used. Never had a delivery that has not been freshly cooked. Would say - get your delivery ordered earlier than you thought - it's popular and always busy.
