   Came in to meet some mates and the service was awful. The first guy didn't know which beer I was asking for even though I told him the name of the beer, then the name of the brewery, then both, then both while pointing at it and then he asked his manager. I'm guessing he was new, so I can get over that. Then I ordered a erdinger (one of my favourite beers) sat down with it and it tasted really funny. So I went back to the bar and spoke to the manager guy, here is the conversation: "This tastes really weird mate" "It's fine" "How do you know if you haven't tried it?" "Because we sell lots of it" "Ok, there could be a problem tho right?" "It's probably just a dirty glass" "Ok.... Is that a good thing?" "......" Proceeds to pour me another one even though I'm saying it's wrong "try that" ".... It still tastes funny" "Then it's the glass" "Ok.... Do you want to change it for a clean glass?" *Puts it in a non erdinger glass* "That tastes better mate" *Gives me a dirty look and walks off* Why not just ask if I want to change it for something else and not get mardy? Why are you upset a customer is bringing back a beer that's been served in a dirty glass? Why are you serving beer in dirty glasses? All things that aren't my problem. I won't be back.

   Good place, not too busy today, quick service and very polite as well by the two Ladies behind the bar. The burguer is very huge and the point of cooking for the beef burguer is perfect for me. Is a independent Pub, i think so is more warmer for The neighbors who live in the area. I live in Windsor and was just passing through, but I really enjoyed it. To the engineers, come quickly and fix the air conditioning. The nice waitresses were suffocating from the heat.

   A great pub in the centre of Maidenhead. A good selection on draught. Lovely food which came very promptly. Good food menu with good prices. A proper pub!

   Good menu offer for a pub, we enjoyed the grilled chicken options and the local cider. Different sitting areas indoor & outdoor. Staff were nice and helpful. Seems like a good place for groups.

   Great pub, good live band. Unfortunately, the obnoxious bouncer (the older one was fine) on Friday night was very unnerving. He appeared to be looking for trouble and frustrated there wasn't any. He wasn't directly rude to us or any other customers, but looked to be spoiling for action. He harassed the young bar staff. We won't come in again if he's on the door.

   Can't say enough good things about this pub. Great selection of beers, wonderful staff, and the grilled chicken is awesome. Our favorite Maidenhead pub. Update 9 Oct 22: the pub has just added a Sunday Roast to the menu on Sundays. I have to say, I was not a fan of this British favorite, but since I had the one at the Maidens Head, I am now a fan. I was very impressed. I'll be back next Sunday.

   Came in for lunch on a Thursday lunchtime and can’t praise this arrangement enough! Delicious food from the Gourmet Chicken Company within a comfortable and relaxed pub which friendly staff. It’s table service due to government guidelines which I think actually improves the customer experience. I really hope that after the lockdown ends this can return as it works brilliantly!
