   I had been to Minster Street Hobbs in Reading. It was an amazing experience. Elsa had very kindly helped me select the right piece. She has a good eye in matching dresses with occasion proper accessories, scarves, cardigans and shoes. She took out time and very patiently helped me out with each and every dress, advised me on right size, helped me find them. Without Elsa I would have never been able to find my new favourite pink dress. I would rate 5* to Elsa and Hobbs.

   What a wonderful team you have in your Reading branch. Always greeting us with warmth smiles & "is there anything we can help you with?" I always leave your shop with a smile on my face and a new outfit for my wardrobe. My biggest thanks goes to Silvia & Leah especially, nothing is ever too much trouble for them & they are both extremely knowledgeable of your stock, empathetic of our needs & helpful for our choices.    Hobbs is an amazing shop. You can get everything you need here. Including shoes. The staff are so helpful and they fold clothes really well. They have a special touch. The whole team are amazing and if you get the chance to meet Elsa you should as she is a very nice person and very helpful. The bags are also really nice and really good quality. This is a must shopping experience in lovely Reading :) p.s just re-visited the store. Absolutely incredible. Got the most amazing pink trench coat. Their design work is outstanding. Elsa was there and she looked after me so well. Everybody in the store was amazing.cant say enough good things about Hobbs Reading. Definitely recommend.

Outstanding Interpersonal skills, Always helping to find the best cloths suits me. I always get comments on my cloths. I am very pleased with their attitude and customer service.

   Wow! What Amazing Customer Care & Service!! ⭐⭐⭐Three Stars for Aisha, Devika & Sahar. Just when I'd given up all hope of finding a special outfit for our Son's up-coming Wedding. This Store and these lovely ladies went above and beyond to assist me with choosing the right style & colour choices. Despite being a busy Saturday between them they all managed to continue to ensure my needs were taken care of. Whilst managing to help other customers at the same time. They were friendly, polite, professional and such lovely ladies. My husband and I felt so welcome during our visit, so much so we bought the ladies some flowers to say: Thank you! They are a great team, and work well together. And are a credit to the Hobbs Company name. Look forward to seeing you all, again soon. Diane & Colin x x x

   Today we have had the total pleasure of shopping in the Reading Oracle store. Sahar and Faryad were simply outstanding. Their customer service went above and beyond. They offered advice and guidance and made the whole experience an utter delight. I would like to thank them for their superb service today and we will definitely be shopping there again.

   The staff were very warm and friendly offering red carpet treatment in a relaxing, calm, boutique environment. They were so helpful and took the time to carefully wrap the Xmas gifts we had bought, put into individual Hobbs bags for each recipient. The presentation is luxurious and will make the recipients of the gifts feel happy and lucky Service like this is rare these days. Big thanks to the team and to Sahar.

   Service is awesome in this store. I met with Elsa and Davica and both ladies are so nice, helpful, and will do everything they can to make you feel special and find the right outfit for you. I usually hate shopping and I get bored super fast, but I felt there I’m shopping with friends who are giving me honest opinion. Shopping there was extremely nice and fun and will definitely go back for new outfits.

   Beautiful clothes and amazing staff. The sales assistants were polite, helpful, and made me feel at ease. They quickly helped me find the item I was looking for and gave me genuine opinions to help me feel confident in my choice and outfit. Clothes shopping can be extremely stressful and the ladies there made this whole experience stress free. I'm very grateful to them and I love the jacket I bought. It was exactly what I needed.
