   Friendly staff (3/2/23). Had issues with Click and collect due to their tech issues which I can’t fault them for. I still managed to collect within the estimated time frame and the outfit was high quality. For the future, they have advised me to give them a call so they can check if your item is ready to collect! Highly recommend and also their online customer service for replying efficiently to other enquiries.

   Very cramped store. A girl working there in particular with blonde hair and drawn on freckles had a very negative attitude, not to Mention I could see her backside whenever she walked past! Only one nice staff member who made me feel confident and happy whilst shopping

   I shopped at the Basingstoke store today A lovely girl named Katie served me, I tryed on so many shoes trying to find the right pair for my daughters wedding. Katie is such a happy bubbly girl and nothing was too much bother she was so very helpful . I did eventually find my shoes and also found the perfect bag to match. Katie is a huge credit to the store.

   whilst visiting family to sort out evening wear for a special occasion , I cane across quiz shop in festival place and decided to check it out. The staff was very good and attentive , the manager was very knowledgeable and experienced in her view and manner , and we came away with everything we needed .we will return to this store , again when visiting family. Thank you for the experience .
