   Served by Dean, Outstanding experience to say the least, I had a last minute need for a smart outfit which he met my needs for exceptionally. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured on budget it was a relaxed experience which he allowed me to try multiple different options until I was happy. Never left a review before but thought this deserved it . I’d give it more than 5 if I could !

   Just wanted to give a massive shoutout to Charles tyrwhitt in Bracknell. I came in over the last three weeks, three times to sort some shirts. Each experience was just as good as the next and i was never pushed and only ever greeted with kindness and a great customer experience. Jack look after me twice and I came out with a very good experience. I ended up purchasing the slightly wrong size in shirts and the process to change them was effortless. There are some great deals and given some recent experiences of recent brands it was very refreshing. If you’re looking for some shirts or nice formalwear I would urge you to come to this store.

   Hi, on Saturday I brought a jumper Tried in the fitting room when I came out of the fitting room the two Asian sales girls ( sorry I am not trying to be racist ) they started laughing me and it was a embarrassing situation I wanted to buy few jumpers the each jumpers was £69.99 so I just got one and walkout, you have to train your staff properly otherwise you will lose your business. Thanks

   Decided to buy a custom suit from CT for work and events. Great customer service and help in the store. Very happy with the end product, it fits better than any suit I have owned before! Not pleased however, with the length of time for the suit to be made and the time between fittings. I recognise it is not the stores fault, however the line of communication from the store was not the best and I missed two engagements I was hoping to have the suit for. Tried to haggle for a free shirt from the manager to make amends but they weren't having it, haha! Will probably return to buy another pair of matching trousers and shirts at some point, though will wait until I get the 'perfect' offer from one of the marketing emails they send to my junk email address six times a week.

   Scott was really helpful. What an excellent customer service! Looked after me from beginning to end. Help me find not only my right size but my perfect fit! Also helped me with the styles that would be fitting for me and I totally agree 100% on his recommendations! Very knowledgeable on what he does. You can already tell that he cares about his customers as soon as you engage with him. Could not thank him enough. This kind of customer service will bring customers back and will definitely come back here for my very first suit! Walked away a very happy man with my new shiny Charles Tyrwhitt shirts.

   Charles Tyrwhitt shirts are, in my opinion, a definite staple for any guys wardrobe but, this particular branch is the best I've visited. Every member of the team is exemplary and go right out of their way to make you feel comfortable and confident in the items you try on. I went to find some items for my wedding suit here and the advice was brilliant - they even go us back in all together to try on and be fitted up for the wedding suits. Clothing is great quality. Super happy with these guys and have non-issue recommending! Owen is the one to ask for!
