   A few weeks ago Facy hosted a charity shopping evening for Henley golf club, in aid of The Chiltern Centre and Bluebells Day Centre. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and there was an excellent range of clothing. We all had a really enjoyable evening and raised a substantial amount for money for charity. As we left we were all given a really lovely goody bag - which made a great end to the event. Thank you, Facy!

   A big thank you to Facy and their wonderful staff for a really great evening. A happy crowd of ladies from Henley Golf Club loved their special Sip and Shop evening at the store. We enjoyed glasses of bubbly and the opportunity to browse and try-on their fantastic range of clothes and accessories. It was a truly fun and pleasurable evening and we all went home with lovely clothes and gifts as well as big smiles in our faces. Special thanks for the friendly welcome from the Facy team and the fantastic goody bags. A massive bonus is that our shopping extravaganza raised hundreds of pounds for the golf club’s two special charities: The Chiltern Centre and Bluebells Day Centre. Thank you so much Facy.

   This is the second time I’ve visited Facy, and both experiences have been first class! The sales team were incredibly friendly and helpful and picked out a few items they felt might suit me. Many items are one size, but the fabrics and fit are so clever so would suit most body types. Previously purchased dress, jacket and tshirt… Just a dress this time, but it is really stunning and I’m thrilled with it! Will be back again soon and highly recommend.

   I don’t know what they do to their clothing, but I bought a jacket from here that I just cannot get the charity shop/old lady smell out of. It’s a lovely jacket, but it stinks and no amount of washing or vinegar will move it.

   Such a pleasure to visit a family run store run by 2 lovely ladies who have a passion for fashion! A very tempting range of top quality garments, beautifully displayed with accessories, which can be tried on. I was delighted with the advice and assistance in choosing the right size and style for my age/shape - a rare service these days! Facy is my favourite go-to clothes store, highly recommended.

   Awful customer service, if I could put zero stars I would. They supplied wrong product size after showing sizes on a message, dealing in materials and doesn't know what 1/4" is. I had to purchase the new product again at my expense, they kept the wrong product, receipt and have not refunded me for the original item. For a local shop in Henley, that has been trading for year's I expected a lot better. I will not be purchasing from them again and recommend to avoid this place until they sort out the basics of customer service, which should be the top priority in a local business.

   Always welcoming as you enter and always at hand if you need help. Bought a very lovely cream jumper from the items in the sale ,the jumpers are very well priced and easy to wash . Always get a friendly goodbye and thankyou even if you dont purchase. Good range of seasonal stock throughout the year and fair prices for quality items.
