You arrange an order to arrive on a certain day 4 days in advance and it still cant arrive on time. Rather than the item being shipped that morning why not ship to the store the day before so it's ready for the customer to collect. Very poor service.
NEXT have really upped there game and they now cater for the older generation there prices are competitive customer service has been excellent and there ordering protocol is on the same par as amazon in most cases particularly for clothes. Great to a high street brand adapting and covering bigger markets.

Whilst the shop is new and nice and big the staff aren’t always that friendly. Lack of understanding when it comes to disabled people and not accommodating. What a shame
Amazing store! Bought both in store and life saver for online pick up and as well one of my Amazon pick up points. Picked up loads of especially gents suits for work - great fit and fantastic value. Bought more than 10 ties too! Great place when I need the attire for work. Nice home and beauty sections too. Big shout out to Danny who has been sorting me out on the evening shift - customer service here is perhaps the best in the Oracle! Great job and keep it up! Beautifully presented store at all times too!

First visit today, brief to get a present for my wife. Easy to navigate store for what I needed, and very nice/friendly staff at the till evening if nowadays we need to talk through masks and plastic! Personally I dislike being asked if I need help choosing perfume, that is very personal so if it was for me how could another person assist in that? Different if it’s clothing and you ask opinions etc
