   I was in Flannels today this afternoon for the first time and I've got to say how surprised I was with how good the atore was reading all these negative reviews. It was very busy as to be expected yet we where greeted by very polite security and all the staff where lovely on mens wear there was a incident where some idiot was kicking off to a manager and security came yet again everyone acted very professional unlike the man who was humiliating his daughter shouting about how she can't read and write yet that's the shops fault? I will be back to shop at Southampton Flannels if we come back down

   There was an incorrect price label on the product, as a gesture of goodwill you’d expect the shop to admit their mistake and sell the product as labelled, manager did not allow this and was very rude! Will not shop at this place again.

   Came to this branch to buy a £1200 Montclair jacket and the staff are too busy playing 15-year-old games with each other at the till then to make money I’ll take my business elsewhere. Maybe you should employ real people or not children

   A lot of designer goods here at the Southampton store are defective or with imperfections especially the leather goods. Please do check the product vigilantly before paying because they do not do refunds but can only do exchange or give out credit notes - this was advised to me AFTER the payment. A sales assistant at the Southamptom store was very rude with the "I dont care" attitude when asked to help with the product exchange due to defects on the item purchased only a day before. You would be very lucky not to get served by her.

   Love this shop, but the shop assistants treat you with suspicion as you browse, kind of makes you feel uncomfortable. Spent hundreds of pounds and still had my bags checked as I left as they forgot to remove a security tag setting off the alarm. Embarrassing

   Today i went to Southampton store, trying buy a present for my wife for san valentines day. I bought some shoes here, and one of your staff after double check the size of the shoes given to me. I back home with the present for my wife ,but she realized that the size was wrong, i went back to the store to change the size but unfortunately they didn't have the correct size in stock, the manager just said if i would like to get a refund, without bothering about my issue. Just wondering why you have so unprofessional staff working there, when you selling very expensive clothing and accessories. Today i had the most embarrassing experience ever ,for myself, because i didn't have present for my wife and also for your company that definitely doesn't care about customer service !! Definitely i will never came back on your store !!

   Arrived on a Wednesday evening to have a look around, was stopped from entering the store at 19:42 despite their opening times stating they are open until 20:00, asked to talk to the store manager, she told me at 19:43 all the tills had closed despite the store being busy with customers, so that was clearly a lie. I said I just wanted a quick 5 minute look and they still said no. I said do they always close 20 mins early they said yes, so why advertise open until 20:00 when it’s actually 19:40.

   It has a good selection of high end products! Some sizes might be missing so you will have to order them online, there is always a cost even if you are ordering to deliver to the shop! Cost with sending it back too! Although pay attention the staff working in Southampton might not always be aware of all the cost involved and they might just say something along the lines of ‘we can order a different size in for you…’ which was misleading at the time as I felt it would have been free but it wasn’t!

   Ordered a bag. Paid £10 for next day delivery, for it to be left in the middle of my drive and be stolen. Then to be told it isn’t flannels responsibility. Awful service as a person who spent a lot in flannels was strongly recommended not to trust!!!!

   Wow! A little bit of London in Southampton? A large premium level store with all the top quality brand names you would expect to see… Christian Louboutin, Hugo Boss, Paul Smith, Vivian Westwood, Canada Goose, to name but a few. Clothing, footwear and a beauty/makeup section. Prices are obviously at the top end. (I saw a pair of trainers for over £700!) Plenty of helpful staff and security! It felt comfortable to be able to walk around and just look. Yes it is expensive but if your budget allows it then splash out.
