   Decent enough store, but the tills situation seems to be an ongoing problem. Wait times, staff rudeness etc. We were waiting to pay with no staff in sight for a while, and when someone did arrive they proceeded to take their time restocking their bags before finally serving us. Were the bags really that urgent in that precise moment dude? You’d think they’d be a bit nicer too, just comes across like you’re a huge inconvenience to them. Oh, and this store is pricey for what it is.

   i find this store in Southampton to be quite soulless compared to other H&M stores. it always feels like their stock doesn't rotate much, and when it does they seem to still have really similar items in. eg: i was looking for some graphic tees that had been released on the web and would've been in my local store straight away, but Southampton stock just doesn't seem to rotate fast. they also have a massive sale section that is just full of rubbish. most of the stuff in it is stock from last year that hasn't sold. at that point, just sell it all for 50p/£1 to get rid of it rather than holding onto it. the sale section is so big it feels like it's eating at new stock space they could be using.

   Shop staff went above and beyond to find a top I wanted today, after I’d looked online and it said it was in stock at this branch. Thank you to the 2 members of staff that looked all over the shop and found it.

   I bought a pair of faulty jeans for my daughter (with a hole in them) and returned them the very next day to this store. The staff were extremely rude and refused to refund me, even though the item was clearly faulty. I was told strange things like “we sell fingers” and was dismissed unfairly. This goes against UK consumer rights. Very disappointing experience – would not recommend this store.

   Just had the most stressful experience. Shop is on sale , at the till staff didn’t honour the price was on the tag! I explained by law they need to take payment from what stands on tag . She was very rude towards me she even renounce the tag with the price in front of me . Is the product is wrongly priced is the staff responsibility to fix it before costumer go to the till to pay for it

   I have a visited the store on a few occasions over the last few months. On every occasion the lengths of the queues are totally unacceptable! There was an older lady there shouting and belittling younger members of staff. Not really a thing she should have been doing on the shop floor (ideally not at all really) The staff on the tills have a ‘couldn’t care less’ attitude! Also dressed inappropriately! Showing off mid drifts and belly button piercings in my personal opinion isn’t really appropriate! The Wi-Fi never works in the store (conveniently when you’ve got a voucher to spend) and it it’s stifling! So hot it’s unbearable! Head office needs to visit this store (specifically on a Sunday) and see how bad things are in this store! I’ll stick to online shopping in future! AVOID!!

   great clothing however the staff lack customer care, they were rude and unbothered. it was evident they did not want to be there and made it known to the customers. Despicable behaviour. Also it was always so hot in this store, h&m southampton please use the air conditioning.

   Visited H &M in Westquay on 08/12/22. Bought some jeans from the Men's department. Really very impressed with store, and available stock, styles and colours and more importantly the price. Would have been a 5 Stars but lack of staff on tills unfortunately gave it a 4 Stars. Queuing a long time to pay for item bought, really annoying but hey that's life nowadays.

   They had an amazing display of spring and summer dresses that drew me in and it was lovely. Lots of bright, light and floral dresses, tops, skirts and trousers. I ended up buying 3 outfits and have received lovely comments when wearing each one of them. Lots to choose from there.
