   Very unhelpful with returning a par of shoes. The whole clarks returns policy is flooded. Thinks twice about buying some a gift from clacks. All the care about is getting your money then customer service has ended at that point.

   I came couple times at this store. Hardly have any shoes for men and the staff are less interested to help you. Unless you go them, they can’t be bothered to ask you if you need any help.

   Had the kids back 2 school fitting service done today. Normally I dread it. Both my children are SEN and the thought of having measurements taken normally sends them into a tail spin. Then factor into it that they’ll be getting new shoes. It’s enough to make you never want to enter the shop with them. The service today though was incredible! I left with two happy children and four new pairs of shoes! Sean was amazing with them. Kind, Patient, and took his time to listen to what they wanted. I really can’t praise this place enough. Management are definitely doing something right here because we’ve never had this outcome with any other Clarks shop.

   We bought a pair of shoes for my son to wear to school. They were an adult formal office-shoe and developed a fault after one term's use. The store manager offered to replace them without quibble and advised on a more suitable style for 'playground use' - advice which we heeded. Well done Clarks, a reminder why we've been brand-loyal for school shoes this past ten years.

   The lady on Saturday 11th of December was not helpful at all. I liked a pair of shoes,on sale, she said they did not have the size I asked for in store. I asked was it available online, she said "No" , I asked her again if she could check , she again said " No" without even checking on her pad. I went outside the store, checked Clarks website and the same shoes had plenty of sizes available online and on sale. Very unhelpful and unprofessional member of staff! She should offer an alternative to check online, not me asking twice and again no resolution! Will not be going to this store again!

   I was not looking forward to picking up my online order today due to poor customer care in past. Despite the presence of three staff, I waited for over 10 minutes to be served. Then a woman working there gave me my online order and told me to wait again about a defective shoe return. After another 10 minutes, to keep it short, I was incredibly rudely dealt with by the same woman who said a return was not possible, which is fine, but to be kept waiting for so long for something that took less than a minute and the shocking rudeness towards customers, is unacceptable.
