   Horrible experience here yesterday, rude customer service with who I assume was the manager who was limping around the shop because he couldn’t walk properly, being extremely rude to every customer he came across. Swearing and muttering under his breath because there were people waiting for someone to attend to them There was only one lady who was lovely I can’t remember her name but she had quite dark hair.

   Be careful! Phones get stolen here. While I was trying on sneakers, my phone was stolen right in the area covered by their security cameras. I immediately informed the staff, but they ignored me completely. Not only did they refuse to help, but they also treated me very poorly, with zero empathy. Terrible customer service and absolutely unprofessional. I strongly advise avoiding this place.

   now usually when i visit this store all the staff are dull and aren’t interested in you or helping you but today i visited this store and i didn’t catch her name but the blonde girl on shift close to closing time was so helpful she greeted us with a warm smile and when i asked for a shoe size she seemed so eager to help and pretty much jumped straight back to find what i was after she helped me through my chosen payment method with ease and was just delightful to talk to

   Shoes were great but most of the staff seem so disinterested in helping customers and will continue to chat to each other rather than ask if you need help with anything. The guy who I assume was the manager was the only one who was approachable and actually smiled, the rest looked completely miserable which makes for an uncomfortable shopping experience.

   Great staff and couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Tried on so many Doctor Martin boots and in the end left with a pair I completely love with their help and advice. Brilliant service.

   Me and my wife had a bad experience here, we wanted to buy 2 pairs of converse shoes one for my wife one for my 2year old, we had to ask for help, then the young lady went to see if they had stock, she must have been gone a couple of minutes. More customers came in and the manager shouted very aggressively up the stairs “come down now” I said she was looking for a pair of shoe for me, she looked at me if to say I was a time waster, they did not have the shoe I wanted so we left, but just to say we bought them that day from another shoe shop 2 doors up.

   I went to Windsor today shopping to buy clothes and shoes for my honeymoon. Went to the office store and as I entered there was a member of staff on the door who looked me up and down and forgot to greet me. I was in the store looking at shoes for a few minutes, trying to catch the attention of two members of staff who were chatting about the weekend. In the end I gave up and left, went to a competitors store (Schuh) who incidentally were excellent. I will not be returning to Office.
