   The staff at the OFFICE Bracknell branch behave extremely cold, dismissive, and unfortunately, racist. There is a very noticeable difference in how they treat people—especially when they see white customers compared to others. About a month ago, we visited the store to buy shoes for my daughter. From the moment we walked in, the staff’s attitude was unwelcoming and distant to a level that is hard to describe. Despite this, we stayed, tried to choose shoes for my daughter and myself, and eventually made a purchase. While selecting the shoes, we may have asked for assistance or tried them on a couple of times, but this is completely normal behavior for customers. Even so, the staff made us feel uncomfortable, as if we were a burden rather than paying customers. Approximately two weeks later, after my daughter wore the shoes once in the rain, the color of the shoes changed and they became visibly damaged. When we returned to the store to request an exchange, we were treated even worse. The staff showed no interest in helping us, displayed even more discriminatory behavior, and—without any valid reason—called security on us. This experience was deeply hurtful, humiliating, and unacceptable. No customer should ever be made to feel unwelcome, disrespected, or racially profiled in a store. What should have been a simple shopping experience turned into something extremely distressing for my family. I am profoundly disappointed and expect this issue to be taken seriously.

   Had so many issues with my order i purchased online from Office. Spoke with someone at the Bracknell branch on the phone on Friday, who told me that I wouldn’t be able to return/exchange faulty items there and that they had to be sent off for inspection which would take around 3 weeks. It was also communicated to me that this was a nationwide policy even when returning in store. From speaking with the Office X account(Twitter) it was confirmed to me that I was able to return/exchange faulty items in store. Why the confusing message? Did the Bracknell store just not want to bother with a return?

   Busy shop but the young staff seem to be there to catch up on their social life! Was totally ignored for 5 minutes and it was obvious I was waiting for someone to serve me. I ended up having to approach them. Either get a better supervisor or get rid of the youngsters. I wonder how many sales were lost today...

   There are many different styles of shoes available to pick from for men, women and children. Unfortunately, I was trying to find myself a comfy pair of black shoes for work and the staff weren't helpful at all. They seemed to be slightly annoyed at the fact that I asked them to bring different shoe sizes out for me! I ended up leaving and not buying a pair from here, but in the Sketchers store in the Lexicon instead!
