   I was almost put off coming here due to some reviews, but I'm glad I wasn't as I had nothing but good timely service. Despite being quite busy when I walked in, I was seen within 5 mins. My little ones feet were measured and we tried on a few options. They were well staffed and everyone was friendly and polite. I will definitely return. Thanks.

   Horrible experience. I see the same thing has happened to another customer.... staff were busy so we took the foot measure stool only to have it snatched away & told "that's not for you to touch" and "you can see there's only two of us". We were absolutely shocked at this ladies attitude towards her customers and I'm not even more shocked to find from reading the reviews that exactly the same thing happened a year ago to someone else. You clearly aren't dealing with your complaints in the correct manner. My advice- avoid this store if you want any sort of positive experience buying your child's first shoes. In addition to this, I've also phone the store & the same lady has hung up the phone on me. Absolutely no apology for the behaviour earlier in the store
