Finally, a shop in Derby with the biggest brands. Great variety of brands and clothes to choose from. I would highly recommend a visit to this retailer. Great customer service also from the staff, always smiling and willing to help.
Male staff ( wearing a cross earring and nail varnish) member very rude and abrupt at check out, very unhelpful, had to get a manager. Manager resolved issue there and then but staff member said nothing could be done. Very unpleasant visit
Do not go unless you want to feel unwanted and treated as if you’re from the streets. I walked in and they were looking at me like I was delinquent. I felt like just because I was young meant that I couldn’t shop their utter tosh. After returning twice we got no further. They asked me to leave based on “no reason”. I felt like it was the way I dressed and my race. Will not be returning. I rather shop some where they have dignity and respect for their customers.
I went into the store with my brother and sister to buy a gift for my mother a lady came over and we were then asked to leave she would not give a reason why we should leave? This store looks at who you are and judges you based on age and outfit they singled us out. They made us feel unwanted just because we are young dosent mean we do not have money.I will not be purchasing from a store that doesn’t have respect. We’re are upset with the experience we will not be returning. Made us feel absolutely humiliated.
Very sad that people justify spending extortionate amounts of money on absolute, overpriced tat that is produced in the same sweatshops as Primark clothes, but with designer labels. Each to their own , but people should be ashamed.
Went into store last week and recieved incredible service from a staff member (tall guy that has a resemblance of Harry Potter minus the scar)! Great products and even better staff member! 10/10
Always great service shopping at Derbion Flannels. The staff are friendly and helpful. Greg always has a smile on his face and finds my size. Love shopping in this store!
Frequently use Flannels (and spend a high amount each time) but the staff at the Derbion store are truly awful. They are uninterested, unhelpful and all have a surly attitude towards customers. Told by one staff member you could have 5 items in the changing room which then dropped to 3 items by another staff member who seemed confused when I said how I thought that was quite restrictive and that I was told 5 items by another staff member? (3 items is hardly anything)! Asked a staff member to check if they had something in stock in a different size, he reluctantly checked and surprise it was a “no” followed by an unhelpful shrug. For such a high-end store you are made to feel like an inconvenience to the staff and there is zero friendliness or any type of “service”..sort it out Flannels.
