Sharlene upstairs is amazing. Her customer service is next to none!! She makes conversation with everyone she serves and is just a delight to be served by!!
Some clothing are in good condition and quality. It is quite big to navigate and has plenty of choices. However, prices may vary but I find it tad expensive,not unreasonable though.Also,some tags does not define the size and could be inaccurate. Double checking is a good idea. Queues are totally long on a busy time and day. Don't bother coming here if you are impatient. At least staff can handle this as mature as possible. Didn't get a reciept,kind of weird because then you can't return your stuff.I always make sure is the one I want for certain. I don't get the hype to be honest but is a nice branch.

It is a massive Primark branch in Southampton. Plenty of clothing to choose from at affordable prices. You get your money’s worth with their product’s quality.
The store had what I was looking for, the queues for the tills are always really long even with tons of tills open but that's just because they're busy. Just something you need to be aware of and plan for. Also the fitting rooms don't have any hooks for clothes so I just had to pile the clothes on the bench which might be an issue for some garments.
Best prices, large amount of clothes. Never seen something like this before. Highly recommend
This store has lots of choice. Well laid out. Men's clothing is located downstairs on bottom floor. Normally always a queue to pay but that's due to the popularity of the shop. Best time to go is between 7pm and 8pm which is when less people are in the shop so less likely to have to queue when it comes to paying.
