   As per previous reviewers, if I could give no stars I would!!! I believe that the awful woman who owns/runs this shop has actually stolen from me! In March I took several dresses to the shop for them to sell. We agreed on the amount I would make from each individual item and I was advised that if my garments didnt sell, and werent collected after 3 months, they would be given to a charity shop, so in May I rang the shop to find out if any had sold. I was told no, they hadn't but to leave them a little longer as the summer was approaching. I rang again in July, still no sales but again was told to leave them a bit longer. 2nd October when I was told still nothing had sold I went into the shop to collect my stuff. Two of my dresses (one an expensive designer cocktail dress) was missing. The owner promised she'd investigate the matter and ring me ASAP. She didn't! So a couple of weeks later I phoned her. " oh we found your 2 missing dresses and they have sold!" £12.50 each!!!! We reduce them to half price after a certain period of time - (at no point was i told this when id rung previously) "You manged miraculously to sell those 2 particular (missing) dresses within the last 2 weeks when you knew I wanted them returned" Obviously I was not happy and told her so. She accused me of being aggressive on the phone and hung up on me. When my partner went into the shop later to confront her she threatened him with the police. What a horrible experience from start to finish! All the clothes I left there and actually did get back smell fusty, I am down two dresses and have not been paid for them. I watched that woman frantically search the shop from top to bottom for those dresses. They have clearly been lost or stolen and now she is lying to cover herself. I think this woman has got away with this kind of behaviour for a long time and I think she should be held to account. I will be taking it further as a matter of principle.

   If i could give a lower score I would. I left a designer cocktail dress at this agency, when the alloted time was up I called in to see how my item was doing. I was told my dress had not been sold and I could take it home. The lady then got a dress that certainly wasn't my dress but some horrible cheap thing and tried to say this was mine. It turned out they no longer had my dress, they never told me what happened to it, it was only after persistent complaining that they paid me for my dress. My whole experience of this shop was awful I will never set foot in here again

   My Mum and I took several designer items here for sale. The owner was unbelievably rude and thoroughly embarrassed us both. I later sold all of those perfectly lovely designer items myself on Vinted and I suggest you do the same to avoid being humiliated and upset by this mean and snobby woman in her fusty little shop!

   I wish I could do this with no star at all. My mother sent a beautiful hat in here to sell. She went in after the time level they give to be told “ it’s so nice leave it here a bit longer”. She then lost the ticket she was told to take in to collect it. We where both told they had no record of the hat and they couldn’t do anything without a ticket. She has only just found a receipt and I was told today it was far to late and the hat might have gone to a charity shop!!!! Can the shop please state what charity shop these items go to? What a way to run a business surly it’s not hard to take a customers phone number and call them to collect the item when it isn’t sold because all these people are keeping you in business by not having to buy stock!! I couldn’t believe when I read they have done it again to the gentleman and his wife in the comment below as well. The attitude from the lady in the shop was so rude and no apology at all. I will make sure I let everyone know not to take things here or buy from here.

   Dissatisfied very poor service. My wife left a selection of very expensive designer label items with second chance, after the allotted time she contacted them to find not one item had been sold! She was informed that the items had been bagged up and were ready for collection, she arranged to collect two days later only to find that the bagged items had all been sent to the charity shops. Over £500 worth! The shop owner was very off hand stating that there was no record of the phone call. Caution advised!
