   Clean and well stocked. Not the best of experiences myself wife & daughter all felt the same. As the only customer in at that time one member of staff straight away came around do need any help & started shuffling hangers & following us around . I appreciate shops suffering from theft but really a couple with teenage daughter. I would suggest you give the rottweiler a gun & batten or atleast get her to have a more polite demena.

   Sally was a great help. I wanted advice on a tank top to wear over a dress and Sally was most helpful and patient. She is an asset to joules her customer service skills are second to none. Naturally friendly and genuine.

   Seen a couple of reviews saying that the customer service wasn't too good. (I know it could be a different staff but wanted to see what it's like now) I had read these reviews before going but was very pleasantly surprised that as i entered the shop i was greeted by a very friendly woman. She was very chatty and helpful, I was hoping to try on some shoes but didn't have any socks on me. Kindly enough the lady went into the back for me and got me some of their christmas socks to use so i could try on my shoes. The shop was very clean and tidy with a nice range of shirts, bags, shoes and more! I would recommend.

   Awful customer service. Unfriendly store assistant was rude to my son as he was off school (due to strikes). Then at the till she started having a rant about workers being greedy. Really not the time or place and I ended up leaving without my item I was so cross. Just do your job. Totally put me off visiting again.

   Absolutely shocking customer service. I'm a massive joules addict and spend alot on the brand. Today I entered the joules shop in ashbourne to have a look round and was reprimanded by one of the staff asking me for a mask. I explained I was exempt and she asked for my exemption certificate. This is illegal (which i explained) and I don't appreciate being questioned infront of a store full of customers! Fair enough ask for a mask but asking for my medical records is disgusting! Sort your staff out joules and get rid of her or give her training in how to approach in the right manner! Safe to say I put my stuff back and left the store, won't be going back

   Good selection of women’s wear products. Stocks kids wear. Some items are a little pricey but product quality is good. Limited menswear department. Friendly staff.

   Not overly inspiring. Have been in shop many times but it lacks something. Very big shop but lacks any welcome or interest- a bit clinical to me . I always end up over road at competition.

   I went in last week to look at a coat and nothing was too much trouble for them. I bought one after I had tried on one or two. The assistant was honest enough to tell me that one coat was too small and to try a size larger. She was right too.
