Wonderful lady helped me with a rather grumpy toddler with a cold who needed shoes. Kind and patient service thanks
Customer services are poor; Didcot branch ordered shoes to the store after fitting, however because they didn't enter their own postcode properly DPD were unable to deliver. Store staff were unable to solve the issue, so I then had a full 45 minutes on the phone due to hold to the customer services team to get the items reordered. I'm sure the shoes will be fine when I get them, but I shouldn't have to waste so much of my time to get them!
Really gutted about my experience today at Clark’s I’ve never brought shoes from Clark’s before and has now put me off returning when I am a parent one day which is a real shame ! I went in with my nanny child to purchase some new shoes with my nanny child and the lady who served me was quite rude a few comments were made about us which made me feel quite upset and angry and I probably would have said something if no customers were around My husband then went in as he was not happy which what I told him and he said the young guy who was also present didn’t have much in response Would personally not recommend this store and perhaps I’ll adventure further out in the future
Customer service is really poor in Didcot. They don't understand what we try to ask. I just asked if it's possible to check the width of the shoe in online site. She couldn't understand what I am trying to ask. At least she could have been polite in asking me to repeat it. That is what we do when someone speaks fast, we ask them politely to repeat again. This is not the right way to treat customer like this. I think the service depends on which country the customer comes from. Very poor customer service.

Went in to get my daughter new school shoes, j was extremely disappointed with the service. Apparently she had gone down a size , they also couldn't be bothered to help us find her a pair of shoes to fit her. I was told I don't know how to help you. I won't be going back.
A really lovely experience of taking my 1 year old to be measured for shoes. The shop was relatively busy with decent number of children needing measuring plus other customers and the two members of staff handled this really well and made sure we all knew at what point we'd be seen and by who. Amy was particularly great with my one year old, which made the foot measuring process quick and easy. She provided helpful advice on what kind of sandals would be most support for an early walker, and was very patient with my one year old rearranging most of the display shoes
We visited on bank holiday Monday, we were greeted as soon as we walked in by Aggy (sorry if that’s spelt wrong!) She measured the 4 year olds feet and made him smile and laugh all through. Shoes were chosen and she made sure they fit properly. A really lovely shopping trip today, thank you ☺️
Terrible sales women didn't have the style we wanted in stock but the assistant kept bringing different styles and tried pushing my daughter into wanting them. She left feeling very intimidated.
A couple of days I went to buy one pair of shoes for my baby and Sanja was very nice and helpful, she was very patient and friendly! I definitely recommend this shop to other parents, they have very good leather products with an outstanding customer service!
