Absolutely amazing customer service today (5/8/25) by both Darius and Beth at the Reading store. Had my eyes on a pair of boots that I saw on the website which where the pair I decided to pick up in the end but also tried on some other similar options and they where both happy to answer all my questions, lace boots and provide knowledge. Darius mentioned that the pair I brought where going to be discontinued and that the other pair is bound to be staying for a good few years so I could always go back and grab them at a later date! Amazing sale prices on as well, always good to save a few extra pennies! I also purchased some cleaning products which where recommend to me alongside with some Doc Socks. Very genuine staff, and others have mentioned no hard sell or persuasion. Will defo return in the near future.
I was served by Larni who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all things docs! I really appreciate the time she took to help me get the right fit boot and recommending the wonder balsam to me to help keep them comfy and lasting longer. Great service, thank you :)
I went in looking at a pair of boots and was looking at the Jadon range. The lovely Beth was happy to help with everything I was needing. What a Gal! And everyone working there was so lovely I couldn’t recommend them higher. Keep up the good work!!!
My partner and I went to try on various styles of docs before we went ahead and ordered any. Just the BEST customer service from Vinny and the lady whose name I didn't catch. So knowledgable & helpful. We immediately placed an order online when we arrived home after such a positive experience.
