   Needed help with boots but couldn't get a member of staff to help. They were too busy moaning at the front of the store! No other customers in there at all.

   Rude, unhelpful staff, the manager doesn't make sure prices and discounts are updated on the shelves. Often out of date and you are not told till you are at the till. Retrain the whole team in customer service.

   Currently stood waiting outside for store to open at 9.55 am and it should been open at 9.00am, so far lousy service as cannot be bothered to be open on time..

   Trying to purchase a pair of shoes with limited time on my hands. 5 staff around the till area, more concerned about the vehicle outside the store than the customers in side the store. Very poor service indeed, not a pleasant experience…..
