   Excellent customer service. It's refreshing to deal with a company where the staff are so knowledgeable about the products they sell. Also, not only did they fit my fridge/freezer, while they were here doing that they also helped with another small DIY matter we were having trouble with. Competitive prices too.

   The service and professionalism of Ace Electrics has been excellent throughout. Paul was very helpful when choosing my dishwasher and delivery was on time. When my dishwasher arrived the installation engineer noticed a small mark on the top of the dishwasher. I was prepared to accept the dishwasher as I could barely see any damage but John insisted that it was not acceptable and would get a replacement. A replacement was installed a week later. I would like to thank Ace Electrics for their service and honesty. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

   Ace Electrical is a local Fleet business that is very much appreciated. Twice in 3 years (a fridge freezer and a condenser tumble dryer) they’ve come up trumps on price, speedy delivery, great customer service and great advice and very patient with lots of my questions to get the best product for me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I know they go the extra mile wherever possible. Such a great local business really is a treasure.

   It's easy to navigate to big, online, consumer websites and mind-numbingly order electrical goods, but you will never, ever get the personalised and focused service you get with Ace Electric. To say they go out of their way to give you exceptional service is an understatement, I have rarely been as impressed as I was this weekend. I called the store and was promised a call back within the hour, which happened. I then had a new appliance fitted by the end of the day, and installation was far better than an online brand's team would do. The team at Ace Electrical actually care about customer service, so whilst you may pay slightly more (and I'm only talking slightly more) it's so worth it. Highly recommended.
