   Wife bought shoose 10 days ago the insert its damaged, one of the shoes its not flat but goes to a side. Workers ignore 28 days policy and refused to take them back and exchange because been worn outside. Where do we wear the shoes ? Stay away from this store. Sport Direct Customer service already send the label to return the shoes and Will refund within 5 working days

   tried to return these shoes less than 12 hours after purchase, and the store refused to take them back. They claimed I could return them, but then did not honor it. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and unclear return policy.

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Impressive New Sports Direct Store! I recently visited the new Sports Direct, and it’s absolutely massive! The store is super spacious and well-organized, making it easy to browse through the huge range of products. I was especially impressed by the variety — from basketball shoes to football boots and casual trainers, there’s something for everyone. The selection is one of the best I’ve seen in one place, with plenty of top brands and styles to choose from. Whether you’re into sports or just looking for everyday footwear, this store has you covered. Definitely worth a visit if you’re into quality and variety!

   I recently visited this store to return an item I purchased online. I had initially picked up the order in-store, and at the time, they gave me a printed receipt and explained that I could return the item if needed. Today, I went to the store for the return, expecting a straightforward process. However, the manager didn’t even look at my receipt or listen to my explanation. She simply told me the return wasn’t possible, without offering any further clarification, and did so with a dismissive attitude. I left the store feeling very disappointed by the lack of customer service and respect. I expected better assistance, especially given the information I received. I hope the store can improve its customer service and ensure consistency in communication for future customers.

   Best sports direct shop I've been to. Located next to the pride Park stadium, all rows of clothing are spaced apart instead of cramped together. There's a large open feel to the layout, with clear sections of different items. Service was great from staff, and clean fitting rooms were provided. They even had a separate jack wills section.

   Firstly what I've noticed about reviews on here no member of the staff team have even bothered to acknowledge people's complaints. I purchased a lacoste Jumper from the Sports direct in the intu Derby £72 it cost me and it shrunk on the first wash and I followed correct washing instructions as well only had it 2 weeks wouldn't even give me a credit note and told me to contact customer service and then they told me they couldn't do anything about it. Joke of a company

   I love it, they have deals the entire year, I love both the phissical Shop and the online one. The only issue is that they dont have all the time the option to "pick up from Shop", and Evri, is only making them a bad name....lost parcels or delayed. Not their fault but still not nice because you will get frustrated and blame sports direct because the fails of another company...They can improve but I will rate them 5* tho.

   Absolutely shocking customer service. The 3 girls working tonight (9/1/23) one on the till was useless. 2 customers in the shop and I was one of them. Simply asked for some help with a golf club I was willing to buy. The girl on the till said I don't know anything about them. I said that's why I asked if there was someone who could offer me assistance. She said i get someone now. She stood around for 10 minutes on her phone at the till doing nothing. Gave up in the end and walk out. Absolutely wouldn't recommend this place.

   First time after it moved to the old Debenhams shop and it looks really good. Not as cramped as before with everything neat, tidy & clean. They actually have some nice mid range and high end items too. Really worth a visit
